According to the present invention, a switch performing an energy saving function, which is connected to and controls a load (30) in a building (10) in association with an energy integrated management system (20) interworking with a plurality of human body sensors (10) installed in the building, comprises: an on/off display unit (100) for displaying an on/off state of the load (30); an operation state display unit (200) for displaying an operation state of the load (30); an on/off operation unit (300) for operating or stopping operation of the load (30); and a power usage detection unit (400) for monitoring a power state of the load (30) in real time, wherein the on/off operation unit (300) stops the operation of the load (30) when there is no occupant according to a sensing result of the human body sensors (10).
본 발명에 따른 건물에 설치된 다수개의 인체감지센서(10)와 연동하는 에너지통합관리시스템(20)과 연계하여 상기 건물(10) 내의 부하(30)에 연결되어 제어하는 절전 기능을 갖는 스위치에 있어서, 상기 부하(30)의 온오프상태를 표시하는 온오프 표시부(100); 상기 부하(30)의 동작상태를 표시하는 동작상태 표시부(200); 상기 부하(30)를 동작시키거나 동작을 멈추는 온오프 조작부(300) 및 상기 부하(30)의 전력상태를 실시간으로 감시하는 전력사용검출부(400)를 포함하고, 상기 온오프 조작부(300)는, 상기 인체감지센서(10)의 감지결과가 사람이 재실 중이지 않을 경우 상기 부하(30)의 동작을 멈추는 것을 특징으로 한다.
