SHEATHING PILE FOR EASY INSTALLATION AND REMOVAL OF EARTH RETAINING PLATE AND SHEATHING WALL SYSTEM USING THIS
The present invention relates to a retaining pile enabling easy installation and disassembly of an earth retaining plate and a retaining wall system using the same, which allow a retaining pile and an earth retaining plate to be easily coupled during a retaining wall construction, and, after the retaining wall construction, disassemble the earth retaining plate coupled to the retaining pile from an excavated surface towards the ground surface in a convenient manner. To this end, the retaining pile comprises: a pillar frame vertically installed in the ground; a first guide coupled to a side surface of the pillar frame; and a second guide spaced from the first guide to be coupled to a side surface or a front surface of the pillar frame. Here, the first guide has a fixating groove unit, which is formed to be recessed and is opened towards the front of the pillar frame. The second guide has a fixating groove unit, which is formed to be recessed and is opened towards the rear of the pillar frame. In addition, the second guide is operated in a slidable manner to be slidably moved from the pillar frame.
본 발명은 흙막이 공사 과정에서 흙막이용 말뚝과 토류판의 결합을 용이하게 하고, 흙막이 공사 이후에는 굴착면으로부터 지면을 향해 흙막이용 말뚝에 결합된 토류판을 간편하게 해체하기 위한 토류판의 설치 및 해체가 용이한 흙막이용 말뚝과 이것을 이용한 흙막이벽 시스템에 관한 것이다.이를 위해 흙막이용 말뚝은 지반에 직립으로 설치되는 기둥프레임과, 기둥프레임의 측면에 결합되는 제1가이드 및 제1가이드에서 이격되어 기둥프레임의 측면 또는 앞면에 결합되는 제2가이드를 포함하되, 제1가이드에는 기둥프레임의 전방을 향해 개구되는 고정홈부가 함몰 형성되고, 제2가이드에는 기둥프레임의 후방을 향해 개구되는 지지홈부가 함몰 형성되며, 제2가이드는, 기둥프레임에서 슬라이드 이동되는 슬라이딩 방식으로 동작된다.
