본 발명은 지중 배전선로의 친환경 맨홀구조에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 지중 배전선로의 맨홀내 침수시 자동 배수가 가능하도록 구성하면서 맨홀내 보수공사를 위해 진입하기전에 환풍되도록 하여 메탄이나 일산화탄소 중독에 의한 안전사고를 예방할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 맨홀 내부의 어두운 환경에서도 깊이정보, 수위정보 등을 쉽고 빠르게 미리 파악할 수 있는 척대 기능도 함께 제공하여 유지보수에 따른 관리 효율화와 편의성을 향상시킨 지중 배전선로의 친환경 맨홀구조에 관한 것이다.
