Apparatus for reinforcing concrete structure and Construction method thereof
According to the present invention, a concrete structure reinforcement device for reinforcing the outer periphery of a concrete member comprises: section steels disposed in a lattice shape as a whole by being spaced apart in a circumferential direction (a transverse direction) of the concrete member and in a longitudinal direction perpendicular to the circumferential direction; a pair of bracing members which is provided to be spaced apart in the transverse direction with respect to each of the section steels and has through holes formed therein; and tension members which bind the concrete members in the transverse direction by being tensely coupled by being inserted into the through-holes of the bracing members facing each other among the bracing members coupled to the adjacent section steel in the transverse direction. A one end portion of the tension member has a structure in which a nut is fastened to a bolt head or a screw, and the other end portion has a structure in which the nut is fastened to the screw. The concrete member is quickly and easily reinforced to strengthen aging concrete members or durability against earthquake load, etc., is increased, and a center part of the tension member is formed in a square section shape with a large diameter so that the tension member is provided in contact with the outer periphery of the concrete member, thereby suppressing the lateral expansion of the concrete member, and increasing long-term stability by preventing the loosening of the nut by providing a nut loosening prevention clip.
본 발명은 콘크리트부재의 외곽을 둘러싸서 보강하는 콘크리트 구조물 보강장치에 있어서, 상기 콘크리트부재의 둘레방향(횡방향)과 상기 둘레방향의 직각방향인 종방향으로 서로 이격됨으로써 전체적으로 격자 형상으로 배치되는 형강들; 상기 형강들 각각에 횡방향으로 서로 이격 설치되어 결합되고, 관통공이 형성된 한 쌍의 버팀부재; 및 횡방향으로 인접한 상기 형강에 결합된 것 중 서로 마주보는 버팀부재의 관통공에 삽입되어 긴장 결합됨으로써 상기 콘크리트부재를 횡방향으로 결속하는 긴장부재들;을 포함하고, 상기 긴장부재의 일측 단부는 볼트머리 또는 나사에 너트가 체결되는 구조이고, 타측 단부는 나사에 너트가 체결되는 구조인 것을 특징으로 하는 콘크리트 구조물 보강장치에 관한 것으로서, 콘크리트부재를 신속하고 간편하게 보강하여 노후화된 콘크리트부재를 보강하거나 지진하중 등에 대한 내구성을 증대시키고, 긴장부재의 중앙부가 직경이 큰 사각단면으로 형성되어 긴장부재가 콘크리트부재의 외곽에 접하여 설치됨으로써, 콘크리트부재의 횡방향 팽창을 억제할 수 있고, 너트 풀림방지클립을 설치하여 너트의 풀림을 방지함으로써, 장기적 안정성이 증대되는 효과를 제공할 수 있다.

According to the present invention, a concrete structure reinforcement device for reinforcing the outer periphery of a concrete member comprises: section steels disposed in a lattice shape as a whole by being spaced apart in a circumferential direction (a transverse direction) of the concrete member and in a longitudinal direction perpendicular to the circumferential direction; a pair of bracing members which is provided to be spaced apart in the transverse direction with respect to each of the section steels and has through holes formed therein; and tension members which bind the concrete members in the transverse direction by being tensely coupled by being inserted into the through-holes of the bracing members facing each other among the bracing members coupled to the adjacent section steel in the transverse direction. A one end portion of the tension member has a structure in which a nut is fastened to a bolt head or a screw, and the other end portion has a structure in which the nut is fastened to the screw. The concrete member is quickly and easily reinforced to strengthen aging concrete members or durability against earthquake load, etc., is increased, and a center part of the tension member is formed in a square section shape with a large diameter so that the tension member is provided in contact with the outer periphery of the concrete member, thereby suppressing the lateral expansion of the concrete member, and increasing long-term stability by preventing the loosening of the nut by providing a nut loosening prevention clip.
본 발명은 콘크리트부재의 외곽을 둘러싸서 보강하는 콘크리트 구조물 보강장치에 있어서, 상기 콘크리트부재의 둘레방향(횡방향)과 상기 둘레방향의 직각방향인 종방향으로 서로 이격됨으로써 전체적으로 격자 형상으로 배치되는 형강들; 상기 형강들 각각에 횡방향으로 서로 이격 설치되어 결합되고, 관통공이 형성된 한 쌍의 버팀부재; 및 횡방향으로 인접한 상기 형강에 결합된 것 중 서로 마주보는 버팀부재의 관통공에 삽입되어 긴장 결합됨으로써 상기 콘크리트부재를 횡방향으로 결속하는 긴장부재들;을 포함하고, 상기 긴장부재의 일측 단부는 볼트머리 또는 나사에 너트가 체결되는 구조이고, 타측 단부는 나사에 너트가 체결되는 구조인 것을 특징으로 하는 콘크리트 구조물 보강장치에 관한 것으로서, 콘크리트부재를 신속하고 간편하게 보강하여 노후화된 콘크리트부재를 보강하거나 지진하중 등에 대한 내구성을 증대시키고, 긴장부재의 중앙부가 직경이 큰 사각단면으로 형성되어 긴장부재가 콘크리트부재의 외곽에 접하여 설치됨으로써, 콘크리트부재의 횡방향 팽창을 억제할 수 있고, 너트 풀림방지클립을 설치하여 너트의 풀림을 방지함으로써, 장기적 안정성이 증대되는 효과를 제공할 수 있다.
