The present invention relates to a prefabricated polystyrene insulator for construction work, which prevents polystyrene from being damaged by inserts when the inserts are driven into the polystyrene and the polystyrene is fixed to the surface of a wall, and more specifically, to a prefabricated polystyrene insulator for construction work, which fixes polystyrene by assembling covers, into which inserts are fitted, with previously punched assembly holes of the polystyrene. To this end, the present invention comprises: main polystyrene fixed to the surface of a wall of a building by inserts and having a plurality of assembly holes punched in the thickness direction; first stopper polystyrene inserted into a specific assembly hole selected from the plurality of assembly holes and having a fitting hole into which each of the inserts is fitted; and a plurality of absorbing members inserted into the polystyrene and absorbing the heat of the interior of the building. The first stopper polystyrene into which the inserts are inserted is assembled to the assembly holes formed at a specific position of the main polystyrene to fix the main polystyrene to the surface of the wall, and the remaining assembly holes are sealed with second stopper polystyrene.
본 발명은 스티로폼에 인서트를 박아 벽면에 고정시 인서트에 의한 스티로폼의 파손을 방지하기 위한 건축공사용 조립식 스티로폼 단열재에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 미리 천공된 스티로폼의 조립공에 인서트가 끼워지는 마개를 조립하여 스티로폼을 고정하는 건축공사용 조립식 스티로폼 단열재에 관한 것이다. 이를 위해 본 발명은 인서트에 의해 건축물의 벽면에 고정되며, 두께 방향으로 천공된 조립공이 다수개 형성되어 있는 메인 스티로폼과; 상기 다수개의 조립공 중 선택된 특정의 조립공에 끼워지되, 상기 인서트가 끼워지는 끼움공이 형성된 제1 마개 스티로폼; 및 상기 스티로폼 내에 다수 삽입설치되되, 건축물의 실내 열을 흡수하는 흡수부재를 포함하여, 상기 인서트가 끼워진 제1 마개 스티로폼을 상기 메인 스티로폼의 특정 위치에 형성된 조립공에 조립하여 상기 메인 스티로폼을 벽면에 고정하고, 상기 제2 마개 스티로폼으로 잔여 조립공을 밀폐하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
