Elastic filler for artificial turf containing surfactant and its production method
The present invention relates to an elastic filling material for artificial turf containing surfactants, which comprises, with respect to 100 parts by weight of elvan composed of feldspar porphyry among igneous rock types: 100 to 150 parts by weight of thermoplastic plastic elastomer (TPE) or styrene-ethylene-butadiene-styrene (SEBS) polymer; 0.5 to 20 parts by weight of an inorganic pigment; 1 to 8 parts by weight of surfactants; 1 to 10 parts by weight of a process oil; 1 to 20 parts by weight of a stearic acid emulsifier; 0.5 to 10 parts by weight of colorants; and 0.5-10 parts by weight of an anti-aging agent. In addition, the present invention relates to a production method of an elastic filling material for artificial turf containing surfactants, which comprises the following steps of: (a) primarily mixing the composition; (b) secondarily mixing the mixture to be suitable for insertion into an extruder; (c) inserting the secondarily mixed mixture into the extruder and extruding the same; and (d) cooling and cutting an extruded filling material. Therefore, the present invention provides an eco-friendly elastic filling material for artificial turf and a production method thereof, which performs main functions such as heavy metal decomposition action of elvan, mineral elution action, water quality control action, oxygen containing action, far-infrared radiation action, etc., and has sterilizing, antistatic, and temperature reduction effects of surfactants.
본 발명은 탄성 충진재에 있어서, 화성암류 중에서 장석반암으로 조성된 맥반석 100 중량부에 대하여, 열가소성 플라스틱 탄성체(TPE) 또는 스티렌-에틸렌-부타디엔-스티렌(SEBS) 중합체 100 ~ 150 중량부와, 무기질 안료 0.5 ~ 20 중량부와, 계면활성제 1 ~ 8 중량부와, 프로세스 오일 1 ~ 10 중량부와, 스테아르산 유화제 1 ~ 20 중량부와, 착색제 0.5 ~ 10 중량부 및 노화 방지제 0.5 ~ 10 중량부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 계면활성제가 함유된 인조잔디용 탄성 충진재에 관한 것이다. 또한, 충진재를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, (a) 상기 조성물을 제1차 혼합하는 단계와, (b) 상기 혼합물을 압출기 투입에 적합하도록 제2차 혼합하는 단계와, (c) 상기 제2차 혼합된 혼합물을 압출기에 투입하여 압출하는 단계 및 (d) 압출된 충진재를 냉각 절단하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 계면활성제가 함유된 인조잔디용 탄성 충진재 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 따라서 본 발명은 맥반석의 중금속 분해작용, 미네랄 용출작용, 수질 조절작용, 산소 함유작용 및 원적외선 방사작용 등 주요 기능과 계면활성제의 살균, 소독, 정전기방지, 온도저감 효능을 가지는 친환경적인 인조잔디용 탄성 충진재 및 그 제조방법을 제공한다.
