CONSTRUCTION AND DISMANTLE METHOD OF TEMPORARY WORK TABLE FOR FURNACE SCAFFOLD

The present invention relates to a method for installing and disassembling a temporary workbench for a scaffold inside the furnace of a boiler, comprising: a floor workbench installation step of installing a working platform (140) on an upper plane of a bottom frame, and fastening a rail (153) to an upper plane of a working platform (240) before mounting a transport table (150) on the rail (153); a basic workbench installation step of, when the floor workbench installation step is completed, fastening a lower support frame (260) downwards to both sides of a basic frame, and vertically fastening a plurality of jack bases (250) to an upper end of the basic frame, before installing the working platform (140) on an upper plane of the basic frame; a scaffold tower standing step of, when the basic workbench installation step is completed, fastening a support frame (310) to the jack bases (250) of a basic workbench (200) in multi-stages to form a plurality of adjacent scaffold towers with an adequate height; a wing workbench installation step of, when the scaffold tower standing step is completed, coupling a basic wing frame to each upper end of the scaffold tower and installing a working platform (440) at the gap with an upper plane of the basic wing frame while fastening a lower portion support frame (460) downwards to both sides of a wing frame; and a reinforcing workbench installation step of, when the wing workbench installation step is completed, vertically assembling at a lower portion of both sides of the wing frame to support a wing workbench. Therefore, a temporary workbench can be installed in the furnace of a boiler in a solid, rapid, and safe manner. Furthermore, reliability of the temporary workbench can be magnified.

본 발명은 보일러 노내 비계용 가설 작업대 설치 및 해체 방법에 관한 것으로, 바닥프레임의 상면에 작업발판(140)을 설치하고 작업발판(240)의 상면에 레일(153)을 체결하고 레일(153)에 이송테이블(150)을 안치시키는 바닥작업대 설치단계와; 상기 바닥작업대 설치단계가 완료되면 기초프레임의 양측에 하향으로 하부지지프레임(260)을 체결함과 동시에 기초프레임의 상단에 수직으로 복수개의 잭베이스(250)를 체결한 다음 기초프레임의 상면에 작업발판(140)을 설치하는 기초작업대 설치단계와; 상기 기초작업대 설치단계가 완료되면 기초작업대(200)의 잭베이스(250)에 지지프레임(310)을 다단으로 체결하여 적정높이의 비계타워를 다수개 인접하여 형성하는 비계타워 입설단계와; 상기 비계타워 입설단계가 완료되면 빅계타워 상단에 기본 윙프레임을 각각 결합하고 기본 윙프레임의 상면과 사이에 작업발판(440)을 설치함과 동시에 윙프레임의 양측에 하향으로 하부지지프레임(460)을 체결하는 윙작업대 설치단계; 및 상기 윙작업대 설치단계가 완료되면 윙프레임의 양측 하부에 수직으로 조립하여 윙작업대를 지지하는 보강작업대 설치단계를 포함하여 구성하므로; 보일러 노내에 가설 작업대를 견고하게 신속하며 안전하게 설치할 수 있도록 함과 동시에 가설 작업대의 신뢰성을 극대화할 수 있는 것이다.
