Eco-friendly Solidifier Composition and Reinforcement Methods of Earth Using Thereof with Anchor
The present invention provides an eco-friendly solidifier composition and a reinforcement method of earth using the composition with an anchor. The composition comprises: 3 to 20 parts by weight of red clay; 5 to 15 parts by weight of slacked lime; 5 to 30 parts by weight of methyl methacrylate; 5 to 30 parts by weight of calcium sulfo-aluminate; 3 to 20 parts by weight of fibers; 1 to 10 parts by weight of a dispersant; 0.1 to 5 parts by weight of a retardant; 0.1 to 3 parts by weight of a surfactant; 5 to 20 parts by weight of charcoal powder; and 0.01 to 5 parts by weight of a high performance water reducing agent with respect to 100 parts by weight of blast furnace slag. The eco-friendly solidifier composition according to the present invention can ensure initial strength, express compression strength and improve construction ability by an increase in flowability, and has fewer elution of harmful materials such as hexavalent chrome.
본 발명은 고로슬래그 100중량부 기준으로, 황토 3 내지 20중량부; 소석회 5 내지 15중량부; 메틸메타아크릴레이트 5 내지 30중량부; 칼슘설포알루미네이트 5 내지 30중량부; 섬유 3 내지 20중량부; 분산제 1 내지 10중량부; 지연제 0.1 내지 5중량부; 계면활성제 0.1 내지 3중량부; 숯가루 5 내지 20중량부; 및 고성능 감수제 0.01 내지 5중량부를 포함하는 친환경 고화제 조성물 및 그 조성물과 앵커를 이용한 지반 보수보강공법을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 친환경 고화제 조성물은 초기 강도 확보가 가능한 동시에, 압축강도를 발현하고, 유동성 증가에 의한 시공성 향상 및 6가크롬 등의 유해 물질 용출이 적은 효과가 있다.
