The present invention relates to a construction method using a nonflammable breathable waterproof agent, comprising the following steps: preparing a primary breathable material using rhyolitic volcanic stone, calcium powder and water; and mixing a urea resin and a modifier to the primary breathable material to prepare a secondary breathable waterproof agent.
본 발명은 불연성 통기성 방수제를 이용한 시공방법에 관한 것으로서, 특히 유문암질 화산석, 칼슘분말 및 물을 이용하여 1차 통기성 형성물질을 제조하고, 상기한 1차 통기성 형성물질에 우레아수지와 개질제를 혼합하여 2차 통기성 방수제의 제조하는 불연성 통기성 방수제를 이용한 시공방법에 관한 것이다.
