The present invention relates to an aggregate for on-site hydratable concrete and a concrete mat using the aggregate and, more specifically, to an aggregate for on-site hydratable concrete and a concrete mat using the aggregate, in which after installing a mat manufactured by filling cement into an aggregate woven with fiber yarns on a site and spraying water on the mat, the cement is cured into a concreate body, which can be used as a substitute for shotcrete work in tunnels and as finishing materials for storage tanks, waterways, slopes, etc. and which also can be used as geosynthetic clay liners (GCLs) for civil construction. The present invention relates to an on-site hydratable concrete mat, in which a first surface member and a second surface member made of fiber yarns are manufactured to be separated from each other at regular intervals, wherein the first surface member and the second surface member are connected by a partition portion to form a rectangular cross section, and the partition portion is formed at regular intervals and a space portion filled with cement is formed between the partition portions.
본 발명은 현장 수화 콘크리트용 집합체 및 그 집합체를 이용한 콘크리트 매트에 관한 것으로서 보다 상세하게는 섬유사로 제직 또는 직조한 집합체에 시멘트를 충입하여 제조한 매트를 현장에 설치 후 매트에 물을 뿌리면 상기 시멘트가 경화되어 콘크리트체가 되도록 함으로서 터널의 숏크리트 작업 대용 및 저류조, 수로, 사면 등의 마감재로 사용할 수 있으며 더욱이 토목건설용 점토 차수재(GCLs)로도 사용 가능한 현장 수화 콘크리트용 집합체 및 그 집합체를 이용한 콘크리트 매트에 관한 것인바, 본 발명은 현장 수화 콘크리트 매트에 있어서, 섬유사로 제조된 제1표면부재와 제2표면부재를 일정한 간격으로 이격되게 제조하되 상기 제1표면부재와 제2표면부재가 격벽부에 의해 연결 형성하여 사각단면을 형성하되 상기 격벽부는 일정한 간격으로 형성되며 격벽부 사이에 시멘트가 충입되는 공간부를 형성한 것에 그 특징이 있다.
