TEXTILE REINFORCED CONCRETE STRUCTURE USING TEXTILE GRID FIXING APPARATUS AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD FOR THE SAME
Since a textile grid is precisely placed on a predetermined position between a mold and a main rebar through a textile grid fixing device, the textile grid can be prevented from being moved by placement pressure during the placement of concrete, and accordingly, a textile reinforced concrete structure can be precisely constructed. Moreover, since the textile grid fixing device is fixed to one side of the mold and the textile reinforced concrete structure is constructed through the textile grid fixing device, the occurrence of fine cracks can be inhibited to prevent moisture, chloride and the like from permeating the concrete structure, and accordingly, the durability and safety of the textile reinforced concrete structure can be improved. In addition, since the surface of the concrete structure is protected from the external environment, the thickness of the concrete coating, and accordingly, the textile reinforced concrete structure can be economically constructed.
텍스타일 그리드 고정장치를 이용하여 거푸집과 주철근 사이에 텍스타일 그리드를 소정 위치에 정밀하게 배치함으로써 콘크리트 타설시 텍스타일 그리드가 타설압력에 의해 이동하는 것을 방지할 수 있고, 이에 따라 텍스타일 보강 콘크리트 구조물을 정밀하게 시공할 수 있으며, 또한, 텍스타일 그리드 고정장치를 거푸집 일측에 고정하고, 텍스타일 그리드 고정장치를 이용하여 텍스타일 보강 콘크리트 구조물을 시공함으로써 콘크리트 표면 미세균열 발생을 억제하여 수분, 염화물 등이 콘크리트 구조물 내부로 침투하는 것을 방지할 수 있고, 이에 따라, 텍스타일 보강 콘크리트 구조물의 내구수명을 증진시키고 안전성을 향상시킬 수 있으며, 또한, 텍스타일 보강 콘크리트 구조물 시공시 외부환경으로부터 콘크리트 구조물의 표면을 보호함으로써 콘크리트 피복두께를 줄일 수 있고, 이에 따라, 텍스타일 보강 콘크리트 구조물을 경제적으로 시공할 수 있는, 텍스타일 그리드 고정장치를 이용한 텍스타일 보강 콘크리트 구조물 및 그 시공방법이 제공된다.
