The present invention relates to a flush door handle assembly for a vehicle, wherein a rotation amount of a rotation unit is predetermined for a handle unit to be placed at a storage position or a pop-up position. The flush door handle assembly for a vehicle comprises: a housing disposed inside a door panel; a handle portion disposed in the housing through the door panel and positioned at the same height as an outer surface of the door panel at an accommodation position of which the outer surface is inserted into the door panel; a moving portion inserted into a guide formed in the housing to linearly move along with the handle portion; a rotation portion of which one side is rotationally coupled to the housing, and the other side is rotationally coupled to the moving unit; and a power generation unit rotating the rotation unit to move the handle portion between the accommodation position and a pop-up position drawn out to operate a door to be opened. Moreover, the power generation unit is provided to control rotation of the rotation unit by predetermining a rotation amount to be placed at the accommodation position and the pop-up position.
본 발명은 핸들부가 수납위치 또는 팝업위치에 위치하기 위한 회동부의 회전량이 미리 설정되어 있는 차량용 플러쉬 도어핸들 조립체에 관한 것으로, 상기 차량용 플러쉬 도어핸들 조립체는 도어 패널의 내측에 배치되는 하우징과, 상기 도어 패널을 관통하여 상기 하우징에 배치되고 외측면이 상기 도어 패널의 내부로 인입된 수납위치에서 상기 도어 패널의 외측면과 동일한 높이에 위치하는 핸들부와, 상기 하우징에 형성된 가이드에 삽입되어 상기 핸들부와 함께 직선 이동하는 이동부와, 일측은 상기 하우징에 회전되게 체결되고 타측은 상기 이동부에 회전되게 체결되는 회동부와, 상기 핸들부를 상기 수납위치와 도어의 오픈 조작이 가능하도록 인출된 팝업위치 간을 이동시키도록 상기 회동부를 회전시키는 동력발생부를 포함하고, 상기 동력발생부는 상기 핸들부가 수납위치 또는 팝업위치에 위치하기 위한 상기 회동부의 회전량을 미리 설정하여 상기 회동부의 회전을 제어하도록 마련된다.
