The present invention relates to a prefabricated beam mold, comprising: a lower plate including a first plate, a first lower plate bending unit and second lower plate bending unit which are bent upwardly from both side ends of the first plate to be extended, and a first lower plate coupling unit and a second lower plate coupling unit which are bent inwardly from an upper end of the first lower plate bending unit and second lower plate bending unit to be extended; one or multiple first side plate units including a second plate formed with a length corresponding to the upper end of the first lower plate bending unit, a first side plate extension unit bent from an upper end of the second plate towards the inside of the first plate to be extended, and a first side plate coupling unit bent from a lower end of the second plate towards the inside of the first plate to be extended; and one or multiple second side plate units including a third plate formed with a length corresponding to the upper end of the second lower plate bending unit, a second side plate extension unit bent from an upper end of the third plate towards the inside of the first plate to be extended, and a second side plate coupling unit bent from a lower end of the third plate towards the inside of the first plate to be extended. Here, the first side plate unit and second side plate unit are stood at an upper portion of the first lower plate bending unit and second lower plate bending unit after the first side plate coupling unit and second side plate coupling unit are individually coupled to the first lower plate coupling unit and second lower plate coupling unit.
본 발명은 조립형 보 거푸집에 관한 것이다. 더욱 상세하게는, 제1판재, 상기 제1판재의 양 측단에서 상부 방향으로 굴곡되어 연장 형성되는 제1하부판굴곡부와 제2하부판굴곡부 및 상기 제1하부판굴곡부와 제2하부판굴곡부의 상단에서 내측 방향으로 굴곡되어 연장 형성되는 제1하부판결합부와 제2하부판결합부를 포함하는 하부판; 상기 제1하부판굴곡부의 상단에 대응되는 길이로 형성되는 제2판재, 상기 제2판재의 상단에서 상기 제1판재의 내측 방향으로 굴곡되어 연장 형성되는 제1측판연장부 및 상기 제2판재의 하단에서 상기 제1판재의 내측 방향으로 굴곡되어 연장 형성되는 제1측판결합부를 포함하는 하나 또는 복수의 제1측판부; 및 상기 제2하부판굴곡부의 상단에 대응되는 길이로 형성되는 제3판재, 상기 제3판재의 상단에서 상기 제1판재의 내측 방향으로 굴곡되어 연장 형성되는 제2측판연장부 및 상기 제3판재의 하단에서 상기 제1판재의 내측 방향으로 굴곡되어 연장 형성되는 제2측판결합부를 포함하는 하나 또는 복수의 제2측판부가 포함되며, 상기 제1측판부 및 제2측판부는, 상기 제1측판결합부 및 제2측판결합부가 각각 상기 제1하부판결합부 및 제2하부판결합부에 결합되어 상기 제1하부판굴곡부 및 제2하부판굴곡부의 상부에 세워지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
