The present invention is characterized by comprising: a decorative panel injection-molded in a linear shape or a curved shape, and provided with an insertion groove at both ends such that a connecting member can be coupled thereto; and the connecting member coupled to the insertion groove to connect the decorative panels. Here, the decorative member is made of a waste synthetic resin to which oxidized steel is added, and has both surfaces formed in a wave shape or a sawtooth shape. Furthermore, the insertion groove is formed in a circular shape with one side opened in a longitudinal direction at both ends of the decorative panel. The connecting member is composed of an insertion hole of a cylindrical shape at both sides, and a connector of a panel shape connecting the insertion hole, to connect the decorative panels. The insertion hole of the connecting member is made of a hard material, the central portion of the connector is made of a soft material, and four surfaces are formed at both side edges of the decorative panel. The connecting member is formed in one shape among an I-shape, cross-shape, and inverted T-shape. Therefore, the present invention can surround the outer circumferential surface of a traffic light, a street light, and a utility pole, thereby preventing an electric shock. Furthermore, the present invention is conveniently manufactured and installed, and is fabricated in various shapes and sizes, thereby being utilized for multiple purposes including decoration, prevention of soil loss and protection of a street tree.
본 발명은, 직선형 또는 곡선형으로 압출 성형되며, 양단에 연결부재를 결합할 수 있도록 삽입홈이 형성되는 장식판재와; 상기 삽입홈에 결합되어 장식판재를 상호 연결하는 연결부재를 포함하여 형성된 것을 특징으로 한다. 이때, 상기 장식부재는 산화철이 첨가된 폐합성수지로 형성되며, 양면이 파형 또는 톱니형으로 형성된다. 그리고, 상기 삽입홈은 상기 장식판재의 양단에 길이방향으로 일측이 개방된 원형으로 형성되고, 상기 연결부재는 장식판재를 상호 연결할 수 있도록 양측에 원통형의 삽입구와 상기 삽입구를 연결하는 판형태의 연결구로 이루어진다. 또한, 상기 연결부재의 삽입구는 경질로 형성되고, 상기 연결구의 중앙부는 연질로 형성되고, 상기 장식판재의 양측 모서리에는 사면이 형성된다. 이와 더불어, 상기 연결부재는 'ㅡ', '十', 'ㅗ' 형태 중 어느 하나의 형태로 형성된다. 이에 따르면, 신호등, 가로등 전신주 등의 외주면을 감싸 감전 사고를 미연에 방지하는 효과가 있다. 그리고, 제조와 설치가 매우 간편하고 다양한 형태와 크기로 제작되어 장식효과는 물론 토사유실 방지 및 가로수 보호 등 다목적으로 활용할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
