Manufacturing method of artificial turf mat with continuous shock absorption function
The present invention relates to a manufacturing method for an artificial turf mat with a continuous shock absorption function. The manufacturing method comprises the steps of: (a) a first weaving step of weaving a PE, PP, or NYLON mat on foam paper by using PE, PP, or NYLON yarns; (b) a second weaving step of weaving an artificial turf mat on the PE, PP, or NYLON mat obtained in the first weaving step by using pile yarns; and (c) a thermal fusing or coating step of thermally fusing or coating the bottom surface of the woven artificial turf mat. Thus, the artificial turf mat with a continuous shock absorption function manufactured by the method of the present invention allows the PE, PP, or NYLON mat of the lowest layer to continuously function as a shock absorber to prevent a sand or silica layer and a filler layer from being hardened, thereby maintaining the function of a playground up to the life of artificial grass piles.
본 발명은 지속적인 충격흡수 기능을 가지는 인조잔디매트 제조방법에 있어서, (a) 기포지에 PE/PP/NYLON 원사를 이용하여 PE/PP/NYLON 매트를 제직하는, 제 1 차 제직단계와, (b) 상기 제 1 차 제직단계에서 얻어지는 PE/PP/NYLON 매트에 파일원사를 이용하여 인조잔디매트를 제직하는, 제 2 차 제직단계와, (c) 상기 제직 완료된 인조잔디매트의 바닥면을 열융착 또는 코팅하는, 열융착 또는 코팅 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 충격흡수 기능을 가지는 인조잔디매트 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 따라서 본 발명의 방법에 따라 제조되는 지속적인 충격흡수 기능을 가지는 인조잔디매트는 최하층에 PE/PP/NYLON 매트가 지속적으로 충격흡수 기능을 담당함으로서, 모래·규사 및 충진재 층이 굳어지는 현상을 방지하여 운동장의 기능을 인조잔디파일의 수명기까지 유지할 수 있다.
