Rubber mat with excellent shock absorption and durability
The present invention relates to a rubber mat installed on a floor and, more specifically, to a rubber mat having excellent shock absorption and durability without a rubber smell, wherein a rubber chip binder layer is formed in a frame shape with one open side. PE foam is inserted into the open side to form a mat shape. Polyurea is applied to an outer side of the PE foam to increase durability and shock absorption effects. A waterproof function is provided, and at the same time the rubber smell of the rubber chip blinder layer is prevented from leaking. Moreover, the PE foam is prevented from being lost or stepped by being separated from the rubber chip binder layer. To this end, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the rubber mat having excellent shock absorption and durability without a rubber smell comprises: a PE layer absorbing shock; a rubber chip binder layer disposed to cover the PE layer at one side of the PE layer to prevent the PE layer from being damaged, and providing elasticity; and a polyurea coating layer entirely coated on the PE layer and the rubber chip binder layer to perform the waterproof function while preventing the smell from leaking.
본 발명은 바닥에 설치되는 고무매트에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 고무칩 바인더층을 일측이 개방된 틀 형태로 성형하고, 개방된 부분으로 PE폼을 삽입하여 매트 형태를 이루도록 하며, 그 외측에 폴리우레아를 도포함에 따라 내구성과 완충효과를 높이면서, 방수 기능을 가지도록 함과 동시에 고무칩 바인더층의 고무냄새가 누출되는 것을 방지할 수 있게 됨과 아울러 고무칩 바인더층에서 PE폼이 분리되어 분실되거나 단턱이 생기는 것을 방지할 수 있는 고무냄새 없고 충격 흡수와 내구성이 우수한 고무매트에 관한 것이다. 이를 위해 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 고무냄새 없고 충격 흡수와 내구성이 우수한 고무매트는 충격을 흡수하는 PE층, PE층의 일측에서 PE층을 감싸도록 구비되어 PE층이 손상되지 않도록 유지하면서 탄성을 제공하는 고무칩 바인더층 및 PE층과 고무칩 바인더층에 전체적으로 도포되어, 냄새가 누출되지 않도록 차단하면서 방수기능을 수행하는 폴리우레아 코팅층을 포함한다.
