DOOR FOR COLD STORAGE WAREHOUSE IN SHIP AND THE LIKE
The present invention provides a door for a cold storage, which can minimize reduction in insulation performance caused by outflow of cold air and heat exchange while preventing opening and closing operation of the door from being interrupted with freezing in the cold storage installed in a ship. Moreover, the opening and closing operation of the door can be easily performed. The door for a cold storage comprises: a hinge member coupled to one side portion of a door frame and one side portion of a doorsill; an engagement member installed in the other side portion of the door frame; and a locking member installed in the other side portion of the doorsill to be engaged with and released from the engagement member. Moreover, packing is installed around the circumference of an inner surface of the doorsill, and a heating pipe is installed in the door frame along the circumference of an opening portion, and thus the heating pipe is in close contact with the packing to maintain airtightness of the opening portion when the opening portion is closed by the doorsill. In addition, a circumferential surface including both side surfaces of the doorsill forms an interval space with an opposed surface of the door frame opposite to the circumferential surface, and the interval space is formed inclined with respect to a direction passing through the opening portion.
본 발명은 선박 등에 설치되는 냉동 창고에서 결빙에 의해 도어가 개방되는 작동이 방해받지 않으면서 냉기의 유출 및 열교환에 의한 단열성능의 저하를 최소화할 수 있으며, 도어의 개방작동이 원활히 이루어지는 구조의 냉동 창고용 도어를 제공한다. 본 발명은, 문틀의 일측부와 문짝의 일측부에 결합되는 힌지부재와, 상기 문틀의 타측부에 설치되는 걸림부재와, 상기 문짝의 타측부에 설치되어 걸림부재에 걸림 및 걸림해제되는 락킹부재를 포함하고, 상기 문짝의 내표면의 둘레를 따라 패킹이 설치되고, 개구부의 둘레를 따라 문틀에 발열파이프가 설치되어 문짝이 개구부를 폐쇄시 발열파이프가 패킹에 밀착하여 개구부의 기밀을 유지하며, 문짝의 양 측면을 포함하는 둘레면은 그 둘레면에 대향하는 문틀의 대향면과 간격공간을 형성하되, 간격공간은 개구부를 관통하는 방향에 대하여 경사지게 형성된다.
