ROUND SHAPED SLOPE ROAD SIGN BOARD WITH IMPROVED VISIBILITY AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
The present invention relates to a round type slope road sign with improved visibility and a manufacturing method thereof to ensure the optimal sign visibility from a moving vehicle. The method comprises: a step of preparing a top cover, a bottom cover, a side cover, a front plate, and a back plate of a road sign; a step of drilling a weld hole in the front plate and the back plate; a step of inserting a filler into an inner space after forming an outer shape of a road sign by welding the upper cover, the lower cover and the side cover; a step of covering and pre-welding the front plate and the back plate to the outer shape of the road sign plate in which the filler is inserted; a step of welding the front and the perforated holes of the back plate when there is nothing wrong with the condition of the road sign; a step of mapping each welding site; a step of removing any contaminant from the display unit of the road sign; and a step of attaching a pattern cut reflector to the road sign.
본 발명은 달리는 차량으로부터의 최적의 표지판 시인성을 확보하도록 구성되는 시인성이 개선된 라운드형 경사 도로표지판 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 도로표지판의 상부 커버, 하부 커버, 측면부 커버, 전면판 및 후면판을 준비하는 단계; 상기 전면판과 상기 후면판에 용접부 홀을 천공하는 단계; 상기 상부 커버, 상기 하부 커버 및 상기 측면부 커버를 가용접하여 도로표지판의 외형을 형성시킨 후, 내부 공간에 충진재를 삽입하는 단계; 충진재가 삽입된 도로표지판의 외형에 상기 전면판과 상기 후면판을 덮고 가용접 하는 단계; 도로표지판 상태에 이상이 없는 경우, 상기 전면과 및 상기 후면판의 천공된 홀에 용접하는 단계; 각각의 용접부위를 사상하는 단계; 도로표지판의 표시부의 오염원을 제거하는 단계; 및 도로표지판에 도안 컷팅된 반사지를 부착시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하고 있다.
