Preventing Device of interlayer noise comprising washboard structure for apartment house
The present invention relates to an apparatus for preventing interlayer noise in an apartment house having a washboard structure, and more specifically, to an apparatus for preventing an interlayer noise in an apartment house having a washboard structure, comprising: a washboard body placed along an edge of a floor buffer structure formed on an upper side of a slab integrated with a wall; a washboard internal cover rotationally placed on a central unit and a lower end unit of the front surface of the washboard body, whose lower end unit is distanced from the floor buffer structure by a certain interval; an internal wing having elasticity, which is placed on a lower end unit of the washboard internal cover to cover a part between the washboard internal cover and the floor buffer structure; a washboard external cover placed to cover the washboard body having the washboard internal cover, whose lower end unit is distanced from the floor buffer structure by a certain interval; an external wing having elasticity, which is placed on a lower end unit of the washboard external cover to cover a part between the washboard external cover and the floor buffer structure; and a washboard buffer unit placed between the washboard body and the wall to relieve an impact transferred to the washboard body. Accordingly, the present invention is able to effectively relieve an impact generated in a house, to prevent and minimize the transfer of the impact to the wall and the slab, and to prevent and minimize interlayer noise.
본 발명은 층간소음방지를 위한 공동주택용 걸레받이구조물에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 벽체와 일체로 형성되는 슬래브의 상측에 형성되는 바닥완충구조의 가장자리를 따라 구비되는 걸레받이몸체, 상기 걸레받이몸체의 전면 중앙부와 하단부에 회전 가능하도록 구비되되, 하단부가 상기 바닥완충구조와 일정 간격 이격되는 걸레받이내부덮개, 탄성을 갖고, 상기 걸레받이내부덮개와 바닥완충구조 사이를 덮도록 걸레받이내부덮개의 하단부에 구비되는 내부날개, 상기 걸레받이내부덮개가 구비된 상기 걸레받이몸체를 덮도록 구비되되, 하단부가 상기 바닥완충구조와 일정 간격 이격되는 걸레받이외부덮개, 탄성을 갖고, 상기 걸레받이외부덮개와 바닥완충구조 사이를 덮도록 걸레받이외부덮개의 하단부에 구비되는 외부날개, 및 상기 걸레받이몸체과 벽체 사이에 구비되어 걸레받이몸체로 전달된 충격을 완화시키기 위한 걸레받이완충부,를 포함한다. 상기와 같은 본 발명에 의하면, 주거상 발생되는 충격을 효과적으로 완화시킴에 따라, 벽체와 슬래브로 전달되는 것을 방지 및 최소화시킬 수 있어 층간소음을 방지 및 최소화시킬 수 있다.

The present invention relates to an apparatus for preventing interlayer noise in an apartment house having a washboard structure, and more specifically, to an apparatus for preventing an interlayer noise in an apartment house having a washboard structure, comprising: a washboard body placed along an edge of a floor buffer structure formed on an upper side of a slab integrated with a wall; a washboard internal cover rotationally placed on a central unit and a lower end unit of the front surface of the washboard body, whose lower end unit is distanced from the floor buffer structure by a certain interval; an internal wing having elasticity, which is placed on a lower end unit of the washboard internal cover to cover a part between the washboard internal cover and the floor buffer structure; a washboard external cover placed to cover the washboard body having the washboard internal cover, whose lower end unit is distanced from the floor buffer structure by a certain interval; an external wing having elasticity, which is placed on a lower end unit of the washboard external cover to cover a part between the washboard external cover and the floor buffer structure; and a washboard buffer unit placed between the washboard body and the wall to relieve an impact transferred to the washboard body. Accordingly, the present invention is able to effectively relieve an impact generated in a house, to prevent and minimize the transfer of the impact to the wall and the slab, and to prevent and minimize interlayer noise.
본 발명은 층간소음방지를 위한 공동주택용 걸레받이구조물에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 벽체와 일체로 형성되는 슬래브의 상측에 형성되는 바닥완충구조의 가장자리를 따라 구비되는 걸레받이몸체, 상기 걸레받이몸체의 전면 중앙부와 하단부에 회전 가능하도록 구비되되, 하단부가 상기 바닥완충구조와 일정 간격 이격되는 걸레받이내부덮개, 탄성을 갖고, 상기 걸레받이내부덮개와 바닥완충구조 사이를 덮도록 걸레받이내부덮개의 하단부에 구비되는 내부날개, 상기 걸레받이내부덮개가 구비된 상기 걸레받이몸체를 덮도록 구비되되, 하단부가 상기 바닥완충구조와 일정 간격 이격되는 걸레받이외부덮개, 탄성을 갖고, 상기 걸레받이외부덮개와 바닥완충구조 사이를 덮도록 걸레받이외부덮개의 하단부에 구비되는 외부날개, 및 상기 걸레받이몸체과 벽체 사이에 구비되어 걸레받이몸체로 전달된 충격을 완화시키기 위한 걸레받이완충부,를 포함한다. 상기와 같은 본 발명에 의하면, 주거상 발생되는 충격을 효과적으로 완화시킴에 따라, 벽체와 슬래브로 전달되는 것을 방지 및 최소화시킬 수 있어 층간소음을 방지 및 최소화시킬 수 있다.
