The present invention relates to an elastic filler for artificial turf containing activated carbon. The present invention comprises 100 to 150 parts by weight of unvulcanized natural rubber or styrene-ethylene-butadiene-styrene (SEBS) polymer, 0.5 to 20 parts by weight of inorganic pigment, 1 to 40 parts by weight of process oil, 1 to 20 parts by weight of a stearic acid emulsifier, 0.5 to 10 parts by weight of a colorant, and 0.5 to 10 parts by weight of an anti-aging agent based on 100 parts by weight of activated carbon. The method of manufacturing an eco-friendly filler by using an elastic filler composition for artificial turf containing the activated carbon comprises: a step (a) of firstly mixing a composition; a step (b) of secondly mixing the mixture to be suitable for the input to an extruder; a step (c) of inputting the secondly mixed mixture into the extruder and extruding the same; and a step (d) of cold-cutting the extruded filler. Therefore, the present invention provides the eco-friendly elastic filler for artificial turf having the main functions such as adsorption and deodorization of harmful substances and removal of radon and formaldehyde with high adsorptive power by anhydrous and fine pores of activated carbon; and the manufacturing method thereof.
본 발명은 활성탄을 함유한 인조잔디용 탄성 충진재에 있어서, 활성탄 100 중량부에 대하여, 미 가황 천연고무 또는 스티렌-에틸렌-부타디엔-스티렌(SEBS) 중합체 100 ~ 150 중량부와, 무기질 안료 0.5 ~ 20 중량부와, 프로세스 오일 1 ~ 40 중량부와, 스테아르산 유화제 1 ~ 20 중량부와, 착색제 0.5 ~ 10 중량부와, 노화 방지제 0.5 ~ 10 중량부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 활성탄을 함유한 인조잔디용 탄성 충진재에 관한 것이다. 또한, 상기 활성탄을 함유한 인조잔디용 탄성 충진재 조성물을 이용하여 친환경적인 충진재를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, (a) 상기 조성물을 제1차 혼합하는 단계와, (b) 상기 혼합물을 압출기 투입에 적합하도록 제2차 혼합하는 단계와, (c) 상기 제2차 혼합된 혼합물을 압출기에 투입하여 압출하는 단계 및 (d) 압출된 충진재를 냉각 절단하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 활성탄을 함유한 인조잔디용 탄성 충진재 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 따라서 본 발명은 활성탄의 무수하고 미세한 기공에 의한 높은 흡착력으로 유해물질을 흡착 및 탈취작용, 라돈 및 포름알데히드 제거 등 주요 기능이 함유된 친환경적인 인조잔디용 탄성 충진재 및 그 제조방법을 제공한다.

The present invention relates to an elastic filler for artificial turf containing activated carbon.
