본 발명은 도어 하단부와 바닥 사이의 틈새를 밀폐 및 개방시키기 위한 공동주택의 도어 설치 시스템에 관한 것으로써, 특히 부력과 자력을 이용함으로써 그 구조가 간단하여 부품의 갯수를 절감하여 주며 전체적으로는 그 제작비용 및 조립공정을 절감하여 생산성을 향상시켜주는 공동주택의 도어 설치 시스템에 관한 것이다.
