Prefabricated polyethylene double frame water tank
The present invention relates to a prefabricated polyethylene double frame water tank. The present invention simplifies an assembly process by fixing a support plate of a bottom part at a lower part of a bottom plate using a fixing bolt while the support plate of the bottom part is seated on a bottom support piece of the bottom plate. The present invention secures a reinforcement truss with a cross on a support frame between edge and middle supports to respond to the lateral force acting on the bottom of a water tank. An external reinforcement part is fixed to outer and upper surfaces of a water tank main body, thus increasing the tensile strength against water pressure to prevent deformation of the water tank main body. An internal reinforcement part is fixed horizontally inside the water tank main body to prevent a side wall from deforming outward by water pressure. A breakwater part is provided inside the water tank main body to prevent water ripples due to an earthquake. Since an edge reinforcement member and a connection reinforcement member are fixed to an upper plate member in a state in which the edge reinforcement member and the connection reinforcement member are in close contact to a polyethylene sheet, the leakage is prevented fundamentally by eliminating the process of punching the polyethylene sheet.
본 발명은 바닥부의 지지판재를 바닥판재의 바닥지지편에 안착시킨 상태에서 바닥판재의 하부에서 고정볼트를 이용하여 고정하므로 조립공정을 간소화시키고 모서리지주와 중간지주 사이의 지지프레임에 보강트러스를 크로스로 고정하여 물탱크 하부에 작용하는 횡력에 대응하고 물탱크 본체의 외측면과 상면에 외부 보강부가 고정되므로 수압에 대한 인장강도를 증가시켜 물탱크 본체의 변형을 방지하며 물탱크 본체의 내부에 내부 보강부가 수평으로 고정되어 측벽이 수압에 의해 외향으로 변형되지 않도록 하고 물탱크 본체의 내부에 방파부가 구비되어 지진 발생으로 인한 물의 출렁임을 방지함과 아울러 모서리 보강부재와 연결 보강부재가 폴리에틸렌 시트에 밀착된 상태에서 상판부재에 고정되므로 폴리에틸렌 시트에 구멍을 뚫는 공정을 없애 누수를 원전척으로 방지하는 조립식 피디에프 물탱크에 관한 것이다.
