The present invention relates to a manhole frame demolishing device and a manhole repairing method using the same, which allow a road surface to be circularly cut by a cutting part rotated around a manhole frame to be lifted and removed with the manhole frame so that operation is very simple, allow a structure to be improved so as to be lifted in a state where a road surface cut object is grasped by a bite entering the road surface as much as cut depth to secure continuity of the operation so that a construction period is innovatively shortened, and allow a bite tip part to be converted into a free rotation state when the road surface cut object is lifted with the manhole frame to prevent damage caused by external force. To this end, the present invention includes a center clamp (100), a rotary arm (200) and a cutting part (300).
본 발명은 맨홀틀 철거장치 및 이를 이용한 맨홀 보수방법에 관련되며, 이때 맨홀틀 철거장치 및 이를 이용한 맨홀 보수방법은 맨홀틀을 중심으로 회전되는 커팅부에 의해 노면이 원형으로 절삭되어 맨홀틀과 함께 인상 철거되므로 작업이 매우 간단함과 더불어 절삭깊이만큼 노면 내부로 진입된 바이트에 의해 노면 절삭물이 파지된 상태로 인상되도록 구조개선되어 작업의 연속성이 확보되므로 공사기간이 획기적으로 단축되고, 특히 노면 절삭물이 맨홀틀과 함께 인상되는 중에는 바이트 팁부가 자유회전상태로 전환되어 외력에 의한 손상이 방지하기 위해 센터 클램프(100), 로터리암(200), 커팅부(300)를 포함하여 주요구성으로 이루어진다.
