COATING MATERIAL FOR PROTECTING SURFACE OF CONCRETE STRUCTURE AND METHOD FOR REPAIRING CONCRETE STRUCTURE USING THIS SAME
The present invention relates to a coating agent composition for protecting a surface of a concrete structure and a method for repairing a concrete structure using the same, wherein the coating agent composition is configured to increase bonding strength with the concrete structure, thereby preventing peeling of a coating layer and to secure flexibility for construction of the concrete structure, thereby improving durability of the coating layer and protecting the concrete structure for a long time. The coating agent composition for protecting a surface of a concrete structure of the present invention is obtained by mixing 33-40 wt% of calcium carbonate, 20-26 wt% of acrylic latex, 20-25 wt% of water, 0.6-0.8 wt% of a dispersant, 0.05-0.2 wt% of surfactant, 0.5-2.0 wt% of an anti-foaming agent, 0.3-1.0 wt% of a thickener, 0.05-0.2 wt% of preservatives, 0.1-0.4 wt% of an anti-freezing agent, 0.4-1.5 wt%, of a plasticizer, 10-15 wt%, of pigment, and 0.3-1.0 wt% of a diluent. According to the method for repairing a concrete structure using the coating agent composition for protecting a surface of a concrete structure of the present invention, there are a method of directly coating a surface protection layer by applying the coating agent composition for protecting a surface of a concrete structure to the surface of a concrete structure, and a method of forming a primer layer by applying primer to the surface of a concrete structure, forming a repairing layer by applying a crack repairing agent to the primer layer, and coating the surface protection layer by applying the coating agent composition for protecting a surface of a concrete structure to the repairing layer.
본 발명은 콘크리트 보호 코팅제 조성물 및 이를 이용한 콘크리트 구조물 보수 방법에 관한 것으로, 콘크리트 구조물과 부착강도를 높여 코팅층의 박리를 방지하고 콘크리트 구조물의 신축에 대한 유연성의 확보를 통해 코팅층의 내구성을 향상과 함께 콘크리트 구조물을 장기간 보호하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 발명에 의한 콘크리트 보호 코팅제 조성물은, 탄산칼슘 33~40중량%, 아크릴 라텍스 20~26중량%, 물 20~25중량%, 분산제 0.6~0.8중량%, 계면활성제 0.05~0.2중량%, 소포제 0.5~2.0중량%, 증점제 0.3~1.0중량%, 방부제 0.05~0.2중량%, 동결방지제 0.1~0.4중량%, 가소제 0.4~1.5중량%, 안료 10~15중량%, 희석제 0.3~1.0중량%의 혼합으로 이루어진다. 본 발명에 의한 콘크리트 보호 코팅제 조성물을 이용한 콘크리트 구조물 보수 방법은, 콘크리트 구조물의 표면에 콘크리트 보호 코팅제 조성물을 도포하여 표면보호층을 직접 코팅하는 방법, 콘크리트 구조물의 표면에 프라이머를 도포하여 프라이머층을 형성하고 상기 프라이머층에 크랙보수제를 도포하여 보수층을 형성한 후 상기 보수층에 콘크리트 보호 코팅제 조성물을 도포하여 표면보호층을 코팅하는 방법이 있다.
