Manufacturing method for concrete panel having three-dimensional shape
Disclosed is a manufacturing method of a 3D pattern concrete panel. The disclosed manufacturing method of a 3D pattern concrete panel comprises: a step a) of laminating a double-sided tape on one surface of kraft paper; a step b) of coating a cement retarder on the other surface of the kraft paper to finish a delay sheet; a step c) of using a laser cutter to cut the delay sheet by a predetermined design to manufacture a design sheet; a step d) of attaching the design sheet to a protruding surface formed on a front surface of a first design molding plate; a step e) of putting the first design molding plate having the design sheet attached thereto on the bottom surface of a mold frame, placing mortar or concrete to the mold frame and curing the same in order to form a concrete plate having a 3D pattern with an embossed carving surface and a depressed engraving surface on one surface thereof, wherein the depressed engraving surface is in contact with the retarder coated on the design sheet to delay curing of the depressed engraving surface; and a step of separating the mold frame and the first design molding plate from the concrete plate, injecting water to the concrete plate to wash cement ingredients of the depressed engraving surface having curing delayed to expose aggregates of mortar or concrete to the outside, and finishing a 3D pattern concrete plate having different surface textures in the depressed engraving surface and the embossed carving surface formed thereon. Accordingly, the present invention improves an interior effect containing 3D design factors.
입체문양 콘크리트 판넬 제조방법이 개시된다. 개시된 입체문양 콘크리트 판넬 제조방법은 a) 크라프트지 일면에 양면테이프를 합지하는 단계; b) 상기 크라프트지 타면에 시멘트 지연제를 도포하여 지연시트를 완성하는 단계; c) 상기 지연시트를 레이저 커팅기를 이용하여 소정 디자인으로 커팅하여 디자인시트를 제조하는 단계; d) 제1디자인성형판의 전면에 형성된 돌출면에 상기 디자인시트를 부착하는 단계; e) 상기 디자인시트가 부착된 상기 제1디자인성형판을 거푸집틀의 바닥면에 놓고 상기 거푸집틀에 모르타르 또는 콘크리트를 타설하고 양생하여 일면에 양각면과 음각면을 갖는 입체문양이 형성된 콘크리트 판재를 형성하되, 상기 음각면이 상기 디자인시트에 도포된 지연제와 접촉되어 상기 음각면의 경화가 늦춰지도록 하는 콘크리트 판재의 형성 단계; 상기 거푸집틀 및 상기 제1디자인성형판을 상기 콘크리트 판재에서 분리한 후, 상기 콘크리트 판재에 물을 분사하여, 경화가 늦춰진 상기 음각면의 시멘트성분이 씻겨나가 상기 모르타르 또는 콘크리트의 골재가 외부에 노출됨으로써, 상기 음각면과 상기 양각면의 표면질감이 다르게 형성된 입체문양 콘크리트 판재가 완성되는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Disclosed is a manufacturing method of a 3D pattern concrete panel. Accordingly, the present invention improves an interior effect containing 3D design factors.
