The present invention relates to a smart snow removal system for sidewalks, capable of removing snow or ice in a season, in which it snows heavily or a road surface is frozen due to a drop in temperature, while promoting the safety of pedestrians and the beauties of the city in a season of a temperature which does not freeze rainwater. The smart snow removal system includes: a snow remover installed on a sidewalk to remove snow on the sidewalk or prevent the sidewalk from being frozen; a relay device controlling the snow remover to remove snow or prevent freezing; and a management server connected remotely with the relay device through a communication network to control the snow remover installed on the sidewalk. Therefore, the system is installed on a sidewalk, in which there are pedestrians, to remove snow or ice in a season, in which it snows heavily or a road surface is frozen due to a drop in temperature, while promoting the safety of pedestrians and the beauties of the city in a warm and sunny season. To prevent a sidewalk from being frozen due to snow or freezing rain, heat is spread out over the snow remover through heat emission elements and heating plates to prevent pedestrians from slipping on snow or ice.
본 발명은 보행자가 통행하는 보도에 설치되어 눈이 많이 내리거나 또는 기온 강하로 노면이 결빙되는 계절에는 제설 또는 결빙 제거용으로 사용하고, 빗물이 얼지않는 온도가 유지되는 계절에는 보행자의 안전과 도시 미관을 도모할 수 있도록 한 보도용 스마트 제설시스템에 관한 것으로, 보도에 내린 눈의 제거 또는 결빙을 방지할 수 있도록 보도에 설치되는 제설장치와; 제설장치를 제어하여 눈의 제거 또는 결빙을 방지할 수 있도록 제어하는 중계장치와; 원격지에서 중계장치와 통신망으로 연결하여 보도에 설치된 제설장치를 제어하는 관리서버를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하며, 보행자가 통행하는 보도에 설치되어 눈이 많이 내리거나 또는 기온 강하로 노면이 결빙되는 계절에는 제설 또는 결빙 제거용으로 사용하고, 온화한 날씨가 유지되는 계절에는 보행자의 안전과 도시미관을 도모하며, 눈이 내리거나 또는 비가 와서 보도가 결빙되는 것을 방지하기 위하여 발열소자와 발열판을 통해 제설장치 전체로 고르게 퍼져 눈 또는 결빙에 의해 보행자의 낙상을 방지하는 효과가 있다.
