GROUND REINFORCEMENT DEVICE FOR CEMENT GROUT AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD
The present invention relates to a cement grout reinforced type ground reinforcing device, slope reinforcement using the same, and a panel structure constructing method capable of improving tensile force of cement grout by additionally forming a reinforcing steel wire in a spiral or straight shape along a steel reinforcing material of a ground reinforcing device. The present invention relates to the ground reinforcing device capable of reinforcing cement grout (G), which is injected into a perforating hole (1) with a gravity or pressure method, and tensile resistance of the ground by being inserted into the perforating hole (1) formed on a slope. The ground reinforcing device comprises: a steel reinforcing material (10) which is formed in a steel rod or a steel pipe of a certain length; a plurality of reinforcing steel wires (20) which are separated at certain distances along the steel reinforcing material (10); and a support (30) which is inserted into the steel reinforcing material (10) to maintain a state of separating the plurality of reinforcing steel wires (20) from the steel reinforcing material (10).
본 발명은 시멘트 그라우트 강화형 지반보강 장치 및 이를 이용한 사면보강, 패널구조물 시공방법에 관한 것으로서, 지반보강장치의 강보강재를 따라 보강강선을 나선형 또는 스트레이트 형태로 추가 구성시킴으로서 시멘트 그라우트의 인장력을 향상시키기 위한 것이다. 이를 실현하기 위한 본 발명은, 사면에 형성된 천공홀(1)에 삽입됨으로서, 천공홀(1)에 중력 또는 압력 방식으로 주입되는 시멘트 그라우트 (G)및 지반의 인장 저항력을 보강하는 지반보강 장치에 있어서, 일정 길이를 이루는 강봉 또는 강관 형태의 강보강재(10)와; 상기 강보강재(10)를 따라 일정 거리 이격 구비되는 복수의 보강강선(20)과; 상기 보강강선(20)이 강보강재(10)와 이격된 상태가 유지되도록 강보강재(10)에 끼워져 구성되는 지지구(30)를 포함하는 구성을 이루는 것을 특징으로 한다.
