본 발명은 아크릴에멀전 및 폴리아크릴우레탄에멀전 수지를 포함하는 방수퍼티조성물, 제조방법 및 이를 이용한 퍼티 시공방법에 관한 것이며, 더욱 상세하게는, 우수한 방수성, 부착성, 인장 강도, 인장 강도비, 인열 강도 및 신장률을 보유함과 아울러, 양호한 작업성을 지니는 방수퍼티조성물 및 이를 이용한 퍼티 시공방법에 관한 것이다.
