The present invention relates to a mounting structure of a lock handle for a window, which can maintain an initial shape without deformation of a rail groove portion of a window frame against screw fastening in the mounting process of a lock handle to the window frame. To achieve this, the mounting structure of a lock handle for a window, according to the present invention comprises a sash frame, the window frame, a lock device, and a door handle. The window frame comprises: a pair of horizontal frames mounted at a predetermined interval from each other; and a pair of vertical frames vertically connecting both ends of the pair of horizontal frames. The pair of vertical frames comprises: a rail insertion groove of a predetermined depth, formed along one side surface thereof; and a reinforcing material mounting part of a predetermined size, formed therein. The reinforcing material mounting part comprises: a frame reinforcing material having a predetermined length corresponding to the length of the horizontal frame and having a square ″C″-shaped cross section so as to come into close contact with the inner side surface of the reinforcing mounting part; and a support frame having a predetermined length corresponding to the lock device, and having a square ″C″-shaped cross section so as to come into close contact with the inner side surface of the frame reinforcing material, thereby supporting the inner side surface of the rail insertion groove.
본 발명은 잠금핸들을 창문프레임에 설치하는 과정에서 나사의 조임에도 창문프레임의 레일홈 부분이 변형되지 않고 당초의 형상을 유지할 수 있는 창호용 잠금핸들의 설치구조에 관한 것이다.상기의 과제를 해결하기 위한 본 발명에 따른 창호용 잠금핸들의 설치구조는, 창틀프레임, 창문프레임, 잠금장치 및 도어핸들을 포함하는 창호용 잠금핸들의 설치구조에 있어서, 상기 창문프레임은, 서로 소정 간격 이격되어 설치되는 한 쌍의 수평프레임과, 상기 한 쌍의 수평프레임의 양단을 수직으로 연결하는 한 쌍의 수직프레임으로 이루어지고, 상기 한 쌍의 수직프레임은, 일측면을 따라 형성되는 소정 깊이의 레일삽입홈; 및 내부에 형성되는 소정 크기의 보강재설치부를 포함하며, 상기 보강재설치부에는, 상기 수직프레임의 길이에 맞추어 소정 길이를 가지면서 보강재설치부의 내측면에 밀착되도록 "ㄷ"자 단면 모양으로 형성되는 프레임보강재; 및 상기 잠금장치에 대응되는 소정 길이를 가지면서 상기 프레임보강재의 내측면에 밀착되도록 "ㄷ"자 단면 모양으로 형성되어 상기 레일삽입홈의 내측면을 지지하는 지지프레임을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
The present invention relates to a mounting structure of a lock handle for a window, which can maintain an initial shape without deformation of a rail groove portion of a window frame against screw fastening in the mounting process of a lock handle to the window frame. To achieve this, the mounting structure of a lock handle for a window, according to the present invention comprises a sash frame, the window frame, a lock device, and a door handle. The window frame comprises: a pair of horizontal frames mounted at a predetermined interval from each other; and a pair of vertical frames vertically connecting both ends of the pair of horizontal frames. The pair of vertical frames comprises: a rail insertion groove of a predetermined depth, formed along one side surface thereof; and a reinforcing material mounting part of a predetermined size, formed therein. The reinforcing material mounting part comprises: a frame reinforcing material having a predetermined length corresponding to the length of the horizontal frame and having a square ″C″-shaped cross section so as to come into close contact with the inner side surface of the reinforcing mounting part; and a support frame having a predetermined length corresponding to the lock device, and having a square ″C″-shaped cross section so as to come into close contact with the inner side surface of the frame reinforcing material, thereby supporting the inner side surface of the rail insertion groove.
본 발명은 잠금핸들을 창문프레임에 설치하는 과정에서 나사의 조임에도 창문프레임의 레일홈 부분이 변형되지 않고 당초의 형상을 유지할 수 있는 창호용 잠금핸들의 설치구조에 관한 것이다.상기의 과제를 해결하기 위한 본 발명에 따른 창호용 잠금핸들의 설치구조는, 창틀프레임, 창문프레임, 잠금장치 및 도어핸들을 포함하는 창호용 잠금핸들의 설치구조에 있어서, 상기 창문프레임은, 서로 소정 간격 이격되어 설치되는 한 쌍의 수평프레임과, 상기 한 쌍의 수평프레임의 양단을 수직으로 연결하는 한 쌍의 수직프레임으로 이루어지고, 상기 한 쌍의 수직프레임은, 일측면을 따라 형성되는 소정 깊이의 레일삽입홈; 및 내부에 형성되는 소정 크기의 보강재설치부를 포함하며, 상기 보강재설치부에는, 상기 수직프레임의 길이에 맞추어 소정 길이를 가지면서 보강재설치부의 내측면에 밀착되도록 "ㄷ"자 단면 모양으로 형성되는 프레임보강재; 및 상기 잠금장치에 대응되는 소정 길이를 가지면서 상기 프레임보강재의 내측면에 밀착되도록 "ㄷ"자 단면 모양으로 형성되어 상기 레일삽입홈의 내측면을 지지하는 지지프레임을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
