Provided are an apparatus and a server for providing dangerous road information using image data and vibration. A camera sensing unit is mounted on a vehicle to output a road surface image by photographing a road on which the vehicle is driven. A vibration sensing unit is configured to output vibration data by sensing vibration of the vehicle, and a position sensing unit is configured to provide position information of the vehicle. An apparatus control unit is configured to temporarily determine damage to a road based on the road surface image, temporarily determine damage to the road based on the vibration data, and finally determine damage to a road surface by comparing and analyzing the damage to the road temporarily determined on the basis of the road surface image and the damage to the road temporarily determined on the basis of the vibration data.
영상과 진동을 이용한 도로불량정보 제공 장치 및 서버가 제공된다. 카메라 센싱부는 차량에 장착되어 주행 중인 도로를 촬영하여 도로 노면 영상을 출력하고, 진동 센싱부는 차량의 진동을 센싱하여 진동데이터를 출력하고, 위치 센싱부는 차량의 위치 정보를 제공하고, 장치 제어부는 도로 노면 영상을 기초로 도로의 파손 여부를 임시 판단하고, 진동데이터를 기초로 도로의 파손 여부를 임시 판단한 후, 도로 노면 영상을 기초로 임시 판단된 도로의 파손 여부와 진동데이터를 기초로 임시 판단된 도로의 파손 여부를 비교 분석하여 도로 노면의 파손 여부를 최종 판단한다.

Provided are an apparatus and a server for providing dangerous road information using image data and vibration.
