Disclosed is a double vibration isolation floor having a boundary device between an activation area and a deactivation area, the floor comprising: an inner double floor (110), as a drive section, having an inner double floor panel (111) which is formed on an upper end thereof and on which a vibration isolation target facility is seated; an outer double floor (120), as a non-driving section, having an outer double floor panel (121) which has the height different from that of the inner double floor panel (111) and surrounds the inner double floor panel (111); a ball rolling plate (130) stacked on top of the outer double floor panel (121); and a boundary device (140) covering a safety section between the inner double floor (110) and the outer double floor (120) and including a sliding cover plate (141) formed as a steel plate of a predetermined thickness, and bent and inclined between the inner double floor panel (111) and the ball rolling plate (130), and a ball driving unit 142 fixed to a lower end of the sliding cover plate (141) to be in point contact with an upper end of the ball rolling plate (130). Thus, the horizontal vibration isolation minimizing the friction by the point contact of the ball driving unit (142) is implemented, and the vertical vibration isolation is implemented with the self-load and self-elasticity of the boundary device (140).
본 발명은, 구동구간으로, 상단에 면진대상설비가 안착되는 내측 이중마루패널(111)이 형성된 내측 이중마루(110)와, 비구동구간으로, 내측 이중마루(110)와 상이한 높이로 형성되고 내측 이중마루패널(111)을 감싸는 형태로 형성된 외측 이중마루패널(121)이 형성된 외측 이중마루(120)와, 외측 이중마루패널(121) 상단에 적층형성된 볼구름판(130)과, 내측 이중마루(110)와 외측 이중마루(120) 사이의 안전구간을 커버하고, 일정두께의 철판으로 형성되어 내측 이중마루패널(111)과 볼구름판(130) 사이에 절곡되어 경사져 형성되는 슬라이딩 덮개판(141)과, 슬라이딩 덮개판(141)의 하단에 고정형성되어 볼구름판(130) 상단과 점접촉하는 볼구동부(142)로 구성되는, 경계장치(140)를 포함하여서, 볼구동부(142)의 점접촉에 의해 마찰을 최소화한 수평방향 면진을 구현하고, 경계장치(140)의 자체 하중과 자체 탄성으로 수직방향 면진을 구현하는, 구동구간과 비구동구간 사이 경계장치를 구비한 면진이중마루를 개시한다.
