A DEVICE FOR ENLARGING THE TIP OF AN UNDERGROUND PERFORATION HOLE
The present invention relates to a device for enlarging the front end of a perforation hole to construct a bulb in the front-end part of the perforation hole for installing an underground anchor for reinforcing the ground. The device for enlarging the front end of a perforation hole comprises an enlarging stirring body which enlarges the front-end part of the perforation hole, and a propellant which pushes the enlarging stirring body to the front-end part of the perforation hole. The enlarging stirring body includes a bit part which is combined with the propellant through a fixing pin to allow a pair of bits consisting of a rotating piece and drilling piece, which face each other, and an operating rod which adjusts an opening angle for opening the pair of bits. The propellant includes a front-end body which receives the rotating piece of the bit and includes an operating slit for providing an up/down rotation moving space of the drilling piece, a middle body in which an operating part of the operating rod is installed, a front-supporting body and a back-supporting body which are positioned in front and back sides of the middle body and support the operating rod and guide the sliding to front and back sides, and a back-end body which is combined with the back end of the back-supporting body.
본 발명은 지반을 보강하기 위한 지중앵커를 설치하기 위하여 형성시킨 천공홀의 선단부에 구근을 구축할 수 있도록 상기 천공홀 선단을 확공하는 장치에 관한 것으로서, 천공홀의 선단부를 확공시키는 확장교반체와, 상기 확장교반체를 천공홀 선단부로 추진시키는 추진체로 이루어지는 것으로서, 확장교반체는, 회전편과 굴착편으로 이루어지는 비트의 한 쌍이 대칭되도록 추진체에 고정핀을 통해 핀결합되는 비트부와, 상기 한 쌍의 비트가 펼쳐지는 확개각도를 조절하는 작동봉으로 이루어지고, 추진체는, 비트의 회전편을 수용하면서 굴착편의 상하 회전이동 공간을 제공하는 작동슬릿이 구비된 선단체와, 작동봉의 작동수단이 설치된 중간체와, 상기 중간체의 전후방에 위치하여 작동봉을 지지하면서 전후방으로의 슬라이딩을 안내하는 전방지지체 및 후방지지체와, 상기 후방지지체의 후단에 결합되는 후단체로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
