The present invention relates to an airtightness device for a window using a windshield guide and a roller, and to an airtight window including the same, in which the roller is installed at the bottom of the window to induce the window to softly slide, and the bottom of the window is made close to the floor of a window frame and a vacant space formed at an upper part of the window is blocked through a structure (installation structure) of the roller to prevent lowering of room cooling and warming efficiency caused by external air infiltration, indoor pollution caused by the inflow of external foreign materials (dust, insects), and damage caused by shaking of the window. The airtightness device for the window using the windshield guide and roller according to the present invention comprises: the roller (10) assembled at the bottom of the window and rolling along a lower guide rail of the window frame; and one or more windshield guides (20) blocking the gap between an upper part of the window and window frame side upper guide rail.
본 발명은 방풍가이드와 호차를 이용한 창호용 기밀장치 및 이를 포함하는 기밀 창호에 관한 것으로, 창문의 저부에 호차를 설치하여 창문의 부드러운 슬라이딩을 유도함은 물론 호차의 구조(설치 구조)를 통해 창문의 저부를 창틀의 바닥과 근접시키는 한편 창문의 상부에 생기는 빈 공간을 막아 외부 공기의 침투로 인한 냉난방 효율의 저하, 외부 이물질(먼지, 벌레)의 유입으로 인한 실내 오염, 창문의 흔들림으로 인한 파손을 방지하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 발명에 의한 방풍가이드와 호차를 이용한 창호용 기밀장치는, 창문의 저부에 조립되며 창틀의 하부 가이드레일을 따라 구르는 호차(10)와; 상기 호차가 조립되는 창문의 상부에 조립되어 상기 창문의 상부와 상기 창틀측 상부 가이드레일 사이의 틈을 막는 1개 이상의 방풍 가이드(20)를 포함하며, 상기 호차는 상기 창문의 저부에 하부 레일홈(1c)의 안쪽으로 형성되는 호차 삽입홈의 내부에 삽입되면서 바퀴의 일부분만 상기 호차 삽입홈의 외부로 돌출되어 상기 창문의 저부가 상기 창틀의 바닥면에 근접되도록 하고, 상기 방풍 가이드는 상기 창문의 상측 프레임에 상기 상부 가이드레일이 삽입되도록 형성되는 상부 레일홈(1b)에 삽입되는 삽입부(21), 상기 삽입부의 내측과 외측 중 일측 이상에 연장 형성되어 상기 상부 가이드레일을 덮음으로써 기밀을 유지함과 더불어 상기 창문을 지지하는 방풍부(22)를 포함하며, 이에 의하여 상기 호차를 통해 상기 창문의 높이를 낮게 하는 한편 상기 창문의 높이가 낮아진 만큼 상기 상부 가이드레일과 상기 창문의 사이에 형성되는 공간을 상기 방풍 가이드로 막아 기밀을 유지한다.
