The present invention relates to a prefabricated steel column having a honeycombed opening and a manufacturing method thereof, and more specifically, to a prefabricated steel column having a honeycombed opening, which implements excellent structural performance than the same quantity of a square steel pipe by using a steel plate having a honeycombed opening to form a steel column and is possible to reduce a front end connecting material by improving integrity of steel inner and outer concrete through the honeycombed opening, and a manufacturing method thereof. One embodiment of the prefabricated steel column having the honeycombed opening of the present invention forms a square box-shaped main body formed by certain length of a square cross section so that the inside is vacant, and is formed with a honeycombed opening by being penetrated with a certain interval in a longitudinal direction at each side of the main body.
본 발명은 허니콤 형상의 개구부를 갖는 선조립용 강재 기둥 및 이의 제작방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 허니콤 형상의 개구부를 갖는 강판을 이용하여 강재 기둥을 형성하도록 함으로써 동일 물량의 각형강관보다 우수한 구조성능을 발휘하고, 허니콤 형상의 개구부를 통한 강재 내-외부 콘크리트의 일체성을 향상시켜 전단연결재를 절감할 수 있도록 하는 허니콤 형상의 개구부를 갖는 선조립용 강재 기둥 및 이의 제작방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 허니콤 형상의 개구부를 갖는 선조립용 강재 기둥의 바람직한 일 실시예는 사각단면의 일정길이로 이루어져 내부가 비어 있는 사각형 박스형상의 본체와; 본체의 각변에 길이방향의 일정 간격으로 허니콤 형상의 개구부가 통공되어 형성된다.
