NON-WELDED TRUSS FOR BUILDING EXTERIOR MATERIALS AND INSTALLATION METHOD OF BUILDING EXTERIOR MATERIALS USING THEREOF
The present invention relates to a non-welded truss for an exterior material of a building and an installation method for an exterior material of a building using the same, which are to install an exterior material in a structure of a building. The non-welded truss for an exterior material of a building comprises: multiple mullions vertically installed in the structure; multiple tubular transoms horizontally installed between the mullions; a mullion fixing unit fixing the mullion to the structure; and a transom bracket fixing the mullion and the transom. The mullion fixing unit comprises: a pair of mullion brackets individually including a coupling slit; a bracket washer including a through hole as a part of the bracket washer is inserted into the coupling slit; a sleeve installed between the pair of mullion brackets; and a coupling bolt coupled to the bracket washer and both sides of the sleeve. The transom bracket comprises: a pair of insertion pieces inserted into the transom; a connection piece bent to the inner side at each upper end of the insertion piece; and an installation piece fixed to one side of the mullion by being bent to the outside at each lower end of the insertion piece. The cross section of the transom bracket is formed in the shape of Π.
본 발명은 건축물의 구조체에 외장재를 설치하기 위한 것으로서, 상기 구조체에 수직으로 설치되는 다수 개의 멀리언과, 상기 멀리언들 사이에 수평으로 설치되는 다수 개의 관체형 트랜섬과, 상기 구조체에 멀리언을 고정시키는 멀리언고정수단과, 상기 멀리언과 트랜섬을 고정시키는 트랜섬브라켓으로 구성되되, 상기 멀리언고정수단은, 체결슬릿이 각 구비된 한쌍의 멀리언브라켓과, 상기 체결슬릿에 일부가 삽입되는 것으로서 관통공이 구비된 브라켓와셔와, 상기 한 쌍의 멀리언브라켓 사이에 구비되는 슬리브와, 상기 슬리브의 양측 및 브라켓와셔에 체결되는 체결볼트로 이루어지고, 상기 트랜섬브라켓은, 트랜섬 내부로 삽입되는 한 쌍의 끼움편과, 끼움편의 각 상단에서 내측으로 절곡되어 한 쌍의 끼움편을 상호 연결하는 연결편 및 끼움편의 각 하단에서 외측으로 절곡되어 멀리언의 일측에 고정되는 설치편으로 이루어지는 것으로, 단면은의 형상으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
