ARMREST HINGE OF CAR
The present invention relates to an armrest hinge of a vehicle, wherein a shaft support unit (14) facing a shaft mounting unit (12) is formed in an end of a stopper unit (13) of a lower bracket (10), and an end of a hinge shaft is inserted into and supported by all shaft holes formed in the shaft mounting unit and the shaft support unit. Therefore, the stopper unit is connected to the hinge shaft by the shaft support unit. When an armrest is opened, a bending moment does not occur in the shaft mounting unit to prevent deformation of the shaft mounting unit to smoothly operate an armrest.
본 발명은 자동차의 암레스트 힌지에 관한 것으로, 로워브라켓(10)의 스토퍼부(13) 단부에 샤프트마운팅부(12)와 마주보는 샤프트지지부(14)가 형성되고, 힌지샤프트의 단부가 샤프트마운팅부 및 샤프트지지부에 형성된 샤프트홀 모두에 삽입 및 지지되어, 스토퍼부가 샤프트지지부에 의해 힌지샤프트에 연결된다. 암레스트 개방시 샤프트마운팅부에 굽힘모멘트가 발생하지 않게 되어 샤프트마운팅부의 변형이 방지됨으로써 암레스트의 작동이 원활하게 이루어진다.
