GROUT COMPOSITION FOR CHARGING INSIDE OF SHEATHS
The present invention is to provide a grout composition for prestressed concrete capable of maintaining flowability even if working time is increased and inhibiting bleeding. The composition comprises water and cement at a water-cement ratio (W / C) of 0.30 to 0.32 and 0.005 to 0.01 parts by weight of an admixture based on 100 parts by weight of the cement. The admixture comprises 50 to 80 wt% of a quartz sand-based filler, 15 to 30 wt% of a polycarbonic acid-based water reducing agent, 0.1 to 1.00 wt% of a nonmetallic gas inflating agent, 0.1 to 1 wt% of a gum-based thickener and 1 to 5 wt% of a silicon-based antifoaming agent.
본 발명은, 작업 시간을 늘리더라도, 유동성이 유지되고, 블리딩(Bleeding)은 억제되는, 프리스트레스트 콘크리트용 그라우트 조성물을 제공하기 위한 것이다.
