Construction sleeve with built-in fireproof filling material
The present invention relates to a construction sleeve capable of simply and strongly installing a fireproof filling material in a sleeve and, more specifically, to a construction sleeve including a fireproof filling material installed with a simple structure. A divided holding frame is inserted and fixed into the fireproof filling material with elasticity to install the sleeve to the fireproof filling material. A sleeve fixing piece of the holding frame is inserted into a fireproof filling material fixing hole formed in the sleeve and is bent. So, the construction sleeve simply and stably includes the fireproof filling material. To achieve the purpose of the present invention, according to the embodiment of the present invention, the construction sleeve including the fireproof filling material installed with the simple structure includes: a sleeve constructed between floors of a structure and forming a space in which a standpipe penetrating the floors is installed; the fireproof filling material installed to enclose the outer circumference of the standpipe installed on the inner side of the sleeve and having a thermal expansion property; and the holding frame fixing the fireproof filling material to the sleeve.
본 발명은 내화충전재를 슬리브에 간편하고 견고하게 설치할 수 있는 건축용 슬리브에 관한 것으로 더욱 상세하게는, 내화 충전재를 슬리브에 설치함에 있어서 탄성을 갖는 내화충전재에 분할된 형태의 거치틀을 끼워 고정하고, 거치틀의 슬리브 고정편을 슬리브에 형성된 내화충전재 고정홀에 삽입하여 절곡시켜줌에 따라 간편하고 안정적으로 내화충전재를 내장 설치할 수 있는 내화충전재가 간편한 구조로 내장 설치되는 건축용 슬리브에 관한 것이다. 이를 위해 본 발명의 일시예에 따른 내화충전재가 간편한 구조로 내장 설치되는 건축용 슬리브는, 건축물의 층과 층 사이에 시공되어 층과 층을 관통하는 입상관이 설치되는 공간을 형성하는 슬리브와, 상기 슬리브의 내측에 설치되는 입상관의 외주연을 감싸도록 설치되고 열팽창 성질을 갖는 내화 충전재 및 상기 내화 충전재를 슬리브에 고정 설치하는 거치틀을 포함한다.
