본 발명은 스킴코트 모르타르용 첨가제 및 이를 포함하는 스킴코트 모르타르 조성물에 관한 것으로, 상기 첨가제는 알데히드 화합물로 가교시킨 히드록시알킬알킬 셀룰로오스 및 알데히드 화합물로 가교시킨 히드록시알킬 셀룰로오스를 블렌딩한 셀룰로오스 에테르이며, 이를 스킴코트 모르타르 조성물에 적용함으로서 보수성은 그대로 유지한 채 작업성, 표면윤기 및 크림성을 개선시킬 수 있다.
