The present invention relates to a valve block for a hydraulic actuator, capable of increasing energy efficiency. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the valve block for a hydraulic actuator comprises first to fourth valves for operating the hydraulic actuator. At least one of the first to fourth valve comprises: a pilot unit including a four-way solenoid valve and a proportional decompression valve disposed between a first port of the solenoid valve and a first hydraulic supply device; a feedback control unit including a cylinder connected to second and third ports of the solenoid valve and a piston head and a piston rod disposed in the cylinder; and a poppet valve unit including a two-way poppet valve with a poppet and a variable orifice which is formed in the poppet and opened/closed by the piston rod. A first port of the poppet valve is connected to a second hydraulic supply device, a second port of the same is connected to the actuator, and a flow path of the poppet valve is opened/closed by the operation of the solenoid valve.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 유압식 구동기를 구동하기 위해 제1 내지 제4 밸브를 구비한 밸브 블록으로서, 상기 제1 내지 제4 밸브 중 적어도 하나는 양방향 유량제어 밸브이고 포펫밸브부, 피드백 제어부, 및 파이로트부를 포함하며, 상기 파이로트부는 4방향 솔레노이드 밸브 및 상기 솔레노이드 밸브의 제1 포트와 제1 유압공급장치 사이에 배치된 비례감압밸브를 포함하고, 상기 피드백 제어부는 상기 솔레노이드 밸브의 제2 및 제3 포트와 연결된 실린더 및 상기 실린더 내에 배치된 피스톤 헤드와 피스톤 로드를 포함하고, 상기 포펫밸브부는 포펫을 구비한 2방향 포펫밸브 및 상기 포펫에 형성되며 상기 피스톤 로드에 의해 개폐되는 가변 오리피스를 포함하고, 상기 포펫밸브의 제1 포트는 제2 유압공급장치에 연결되고 제2 포트는 상기 구동기에 연결되며, 상기 솔레노이드 밸브의 작동에 의해 상기 포펫밸브의 유로를 개폐하도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브 블록을 개시한다.

The present invention relates to a valve block for a hydraulic actuator, capable of increasing energy efficiency. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the valve block for a hydraulic actuator comprises first to fourth valves for operating the hydraulic actuator.
