본 발명은 본 발명은 건물지붕에 쌓이는 눈을 제거하기 위해 뿌리는 액상제설제 또는 건물지붕을 냉각시키기 위한 물 비산장치에 관한 것으로 특히, 물 또는 액상제설제가 공급되는 분사구의 분사관 상측부에 회전체를 위치시켜 물 또는 액상제설제의 비산 거리를 최대화하는 동시에 비산 영역 전체를 고르게 분포시켜 건물 지붕을 냉각시킬 수 있고 회전체 후측부로 하향입설되는 연결대와 연결되고 중앙부에는 베어링과 함께 분사구의 분사관으로 회전용이토록 결합체를 결합하여 회전체를 지지하는 동시에 회전체를 회전시키며 결합체 및 회전체의 회전속도를 조절할 수 있도록 된 물의 비상장치를 제공한다.
