Apparatus for Prevention Sediment of Flap Door Gate
The present invention relates to a sedimentation prevention apparatus for an automatic sluice which can prevent a sluice from not being opened by sediment when the sluice is automatically opened and closed by an amount of water flowing in a waterway. The sedimentation prevention apparatus for an automatic sluice installed on a waterway comprises: a frame (4) horizontally installed on an upper portion of a drainage way for discharging water; a first hinge unit (10) hinged on an upper end of the sluice (2) by a hinge bar (12) and coupled to a surface of the frame (4) by a plurality of first brackets (11) at regular intervals; a second hinge unit (13) wherein a second hinge bar (15) is hinged and coupled to the surface of the frame (4) by a plurality of second brackets (14) at regular intervals; a case (16) fixed and coupled to both edges of a rear surface of the sluice (2); a support (17) wherein one side thereof is hinged and coupled to the second hinge bar (15) and the other side thereof is inserted into the case (16); a scraper (20) horizontally fixed and coupled to a lower end of the support (17); and a drainage inclination base (30) which is installed on a bottom of the drainage way, comes in contact with a lower surface of the scraper (20), and is inclined at a prescribed angle. The present invention prevents sediment from settling on an automatic sluice installed on a waterway to normally open and close the sluice to prevent flooding and prevent loss of lives in a low area by water overflowing in the waterway by preventing the sluice from being opened by sediment in a rainy season or localized heavy rain.
본 발명은 수로에 흐르는 물의 양에 따라 수문이 자동으로 개폐될 때 퇴적물에 의하여 수문이 개방되지 않는 것을 방지할 수 있는 자동 수문의 퇴적 방지장치에 관한 것으로, 수로에 설치된 수문에 있어서, 물이 배출되는 배수로 상부에 가로로 설치된 프레임(4); 상기 프레임(4) 표면에 일정 거리를 두고 복수의 제1브래킷(11)으로 상기 수문(2) 상단에 제1힌지바(12)로 힌지 결합되는 제1힌지부(10); 상기 프레임(4) 표면에 일정 거리를 두고 복수의 제2브래킷(14)으로 제2힌지바(15)가 힌지 결합되는 제2힌지부(13); 상기 수문(2) 배면 양측 가장자리에 고정 결합되는 케이스(16); 일측이 상기 제2힌지바(15)와 힌지 결합되고, 타측이 상기 케이스(16)에 삽입되는 지지대(17); 상기 지지대(17) 하단에 가로로 고정 결합되는 밀개(20), 및 상기 배수로 바닥에 설치되고, 상기 밀개(20) 저면과 접촉되며, 일정의 각도로 경사진 배수경사대(30)가 설치된 것이다. 본 발명은 수로에 설치된 자동 수문에 퇴적물이 퇴적되지 않도록 하여 수문의 정상적인 개폐가 이루어지도록 함으로써, 장마철이나 집중호우 때에 퇴적물에 의하여 수문이 개방되지 않아 수로에서 물이 월류하여 낮은 지역에서의 침수예방과 인명피해를 예방한 것이다.
