Piston for hydraulic breaker
Provided is a piston for a hydraulic breaker, which is installed in a cylinder of the hydraulic breaker to strike a chisel while lifting by hydraulic pressure. The piston for a hydraulic breaker comprises: a connection shaft portion extending onto a central shaft of an upper end of the piston; an absorption wing plate coupled to an outer circumferential surface of the connection shaft portion and extending in a direction perpendicular to the piston to convert and absorb vibration and shock repulsive forces delivered to the piston when striking the chisel with bending movement in a vertical direction; and a bending extension portion extending perpendicularly from an outer dead end of the absorption wing plate and increasing the bending movement in the vertical direction of the absorption wing plate when striking the chisel.
본 발명은, 유압브레이커의 실린더 내부에 설치되어 유압에 의해 승강하며 치즐을 타격하는 유압브레이커용 피스톤에 있어서, 피스톤 상단의 중심 축선상으로 연장 형성된 연결축부, 연결축부의 외주면에 결합 설치하며, 피스톤에 수직한 방향으로 연장 형성되어 치즐 타격시 피스톤으로 전달되는 진동 및 충격 반발력을 상하방향으로의 휨 운동으로 변환 흡수되게 하는 흡수날개판, 흡수날개판의 외측 끝단으로부터 수직하게 연장 형성되며, 치즐 타격시 흡수날개판의 상하방향 휨 운동을 증대되게 하는 휨연장부를 포함하는 유압브레이커용 피스톤을 제공한다.
