Stainless lining panel for concrete water tank
The present invention relates to a stainless lining panel for a concrete water tank. A horizontal flat bar and a vertical flat bar are combined in a lattice shape with the inner surface of a concrete wall forming a concrete water tank. A central flat bar connected with the horizontal flat bar (120) and the vertical flat bar is the concrete wall in a part in which the horizontal flat bar and the vertical flat bar intersect. Each stainless steel panel for lining the concrete water tank is combined with a square unit lattice formed by the horizontal, vertical and central flat bars. A square edge of the stainless steel panel is combined with the horizontal, vertical and central flat bars. A U-shaped curved part extended in a longitudinal direction and protruding towards the inside of the water tank is formed in the center of the horizontal flat bar. Upper and lower wing parts extended in parallel with the concrete wall are integrated with both sides of the U-shaped curved part. A U-shaped curved part extended in a longitudinal direction and protruding towards the inside of the water tank is formed in the center of the vertical flat bar. Left- and right-wing parts extended in parallel with the concrete wall are integrated with both sides of the U-shaped curved part.
본 발명에 따른 콘크리트 물탱크용 스테인레스 라이닝 패널은 콘크리트 물탱크를 형성하는 콘크리트 벽체의 내부면에 격자 형태로 가로 평철 및 세로 평철이 결합되고, 상기 가로 평철 및 세로 평철이 서로 교차하는 부분에 상기 가로 평철(120) 및 세로 평철과 연결되는 중앙 평철이 콘크리트 벽체에 결합되며, 상기 가로, 세로 평철 및 중앙 평철에 의해 형성되는 사각형의 단위 격자에 콘크리트 물탱크의 라이닝을 위한 각 스테인레스 스틸 패널이 결합되고, 스테인레스 스틸 패널의 사각형상의 테두리가 가로, 세로 평철 및 중앙 평철에 결합되며, 가로 평철에는 중앙에 길이방향으로 연장되고 물탱크 내부로 돌출되는 U자형 곡면부가 형성되고, U자형 곡면부의 양측면에는 콘크리트 벽체에 평행하게 연장되는 상하 날개부가 일체로 형성되며, 세로 평철에는 중앙에 길이방향으로 연장되고 물탱크 내부로 돌출되는 U자형 곡면부가 형성되고, U자형 곡면부의 양측면에는 콘크리트 벽체에 평행하게 연장되는 좌우 날개부가 일체로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
