The present invention relates to a composite gate for manhole protection of an electrostatic precipitator, which is provided in an electrostatic precipitator to protect a manhole for opening and closing an entrance formed to allow a worker or a material to enter the inside of the electrostatic precipitator, and more particularly to a composite gate for manhole protection of an electrostatic precipitator, which is arranged in an inner wall of an electrostatic precipitator to block exhaust gas mixed with sulfur (SOx) floating in the electrostatic precipitator from being in contact with a mantle so as to prevent corrosion, and can expect a moistureproof effect of preventing dew condensation and condensed water from being introduced into the electrostatic precipitator due to insulation and temperature difference for maintaining an internal temperature of the electrostatic precipitator. To this end, the composite gate for manhole protection of an electrostatic precipitator which is to prevent corrosion of a manhole for opening and closing an entrance formed to allow a worker or a material to enter the inside of an electrostatic precipitator of a thermoelectric power plant, and is arranged to close the entrance of the electrostatic precipitator, comprises: a base formed to cover an edge of an entrance; a plurality of coupling means disposed on the base, and detachably attached to an inner wall of an electrostatic precipitator; and a handle arranged in the base, and gripped by a worker. Accordingly, exhaust gas mixed with ash by being coupled to the inner wall of the electrostatic precipitator is prevented from being in direct contact with the manhole.
본 발명은 전기 집진기에 구비되어 작업자 또는 자재가 집진기의 내부로 출입하도록 형성된 출입구를 개폐하는 맨홀을 보호하기 위한 전기 집진기의 맨홀 보호용 복합 게이트에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 전기 집진기 내벽에 배치되어 전기 집진기 내부에 표류중인 황(SOx)이 혼합된 배기가스가 상기 맨홀에 접촉하는 것을 차단하여 부식을 방지하고, 전기 집진기 내부온도를 유지시키는 단열성 및 온도 차이에 의한 결로, 응축수가 전기 집진기 내부로 유입되는 것을 차단하는 방습성의 효과를 기대할 수 있는 전기 집진기의 맨홀 보호용 복합 게이트에 관한 것이다. 이를 위해 본 발명은, 화력발전소의 전기 집진기에서 작업자 또는 자재가 출입하도록 형성된 출입구를 개폐하는 맨홀의 부식을 방지하기 위한 것으로, 상기 전기 집진기의 출입구를 폐쇄하도록 배치되되, 상기 출입구의 테두리를 덮도록 형성된 베이스;와, 상기 베이스에 다수개가 배치되어 상기 전기 집진기의 내벽에 탈착 가능하게 부착되는 결합수단;과, 상기 베이스에 배치되어 작업자가 파지하도록 구성된 손잡이를 포함하여 구성되어 상기 전기 집진기의 내벽에 결합되어 재(Ash)가 혼합된 배기가스가 상기 맨홀에 직접 접촉하는 것을 차단하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

The present invention relates to a composite gate for manhole protection of an electrostatic precipitator, which is provided in an electrostatic precipitator to protect a manhole for opening and closing an entrance formed to allow a worker or a material to enter the inside of the electrostatic precipitator, and more particularly to a composite gate for manhole protection of an electrostatic precipitator, which is arranged in an inner wall of an electrostatic precipitator to block exhaust gas mixed with sulfur (SOx) floating in the electrostatic precipitator from being in contact with a mantle so as to prevent corrosion, and can expect a moistureproof effect of preventing dew condensation and condensed water from being introduced into the electrostatic precipitator due to insulation and temperature difference for maintaining an internal temperature of the electrostatic precipitator.
