BEAM CLAMP
본 발명은 설치와 메인터넌스가 용이한 빔 클램프를 제공하기 위한 것으로서, 빔 구조물의 플랜지부에 설치되는 빔 클램프에 있어서, 플랜지부가 출입가능한 물림개구와 조절공을 갖는 C형의 클램프본체와, 플랜지부를 사이에 두고 상호 대향하게 배치되고, 물림개구의 외부에 노출된 물림단부와 물림개구의 내측으로 연장된 조절단부를 가지며, 조절단부의 영역에 조절공과 축선정렬되고 상호 반대방향의 나사산을 갖는 조절암나사공이 형성된 한 쌍의 시소부재와, 조절공과 조절암나사공들을 통과하며, 각 조절암나사공에 대응하는 수나사부를 가지고, 조절단부를 접근 및 이격시켜 물림단부가 플랜지부를 파지해제 및 가압파지 하도록 하는 조절볼트를 가지며, 물림단부를 통과하여 상기 플랜지부의 판면을 가압하는 물림볼트를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
The present invention is to provide a beam clamp which is easy to provide and maintain. The beam clamp provided on a flange portion of a beam structure comprises: a C-type clamp body with an adjusting hole and an engaging opening through which the flange portion passes; a pair of seesaw members arranged to face each other with the flange portion therebetween, having an engaging end portion exposed to the outside of the engaging opening and an adjusting end portion extending to the inside of the engaging opening, and having adjusting female screw holes axially arranged with respect to the adjusting hole in a region of the adjusting end portion and having threads in opposite directions; and an adjusting bolt passing through the adjusting hole and the adjusting female screw holes, having a male screw portion corresponding to each adjusting female screw hole, and enabling the adjusting end portion to approach or to be spaced such that the engaging end portion performs grip release and pressurization grip with respect to the flange portion. The beam clamp further comprises an engaging bolt for pressurizing a plate surface of the flange portion after passing through the engaging end portion.
