The present invention relates to an artificial turf mat weaving system, including: a yarn supply unit formed to supply pile yarn; and an artificial turf mat weaving unit tufting-weaving the pile yarn supplied from the yarn supply unit on foaming paper and weaving an artificial turf mat. Accordingly, the artificial turf mat weaving system of the present invention forms the same length of the pile yarn from a creel support of the tread supply unit to the weaving unit all and uniformly forms each tension of the pile yarn, thereby being possible to manufacture the high quality artificial turf mat having an even pile surface.
본 발명은 인조잔디매트 제직시스템에 관한 것으로서, 파일원사를 공급하도록 구성되는 원사 공급부와, 상기 원사 공급부에서 공급되는 파일원사를 기포지에 터프팅 제직하여 인조잔디매트를 제직하도록 구성되는 인조잔디매트 제직부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인조잔디매트 제직시스템에 관한 것이다. 따라서 본 발명의 인조잔디매트 제직시스템은 원사공급부의 크릴대에서 제직부까지의 파일원사의 길이를 모두 동일하게 구성하고, 상기 파일원사 각각의 장력을 균일하게 함으로서, 파일 면이 고른 고품질의 인조잔디매트를 생산할 수 있다.
