The present invention relates to a soft ground reinforcement method using a ground drilling device and a reinforcement device. The ground drilling device and reinforcement device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a boom (210) installed in a moving means (100); a boom driving cylinder (220) installed at the boom (210); a rotating member (230) coupled to an end of the boom (210); a link member (240) connected with the rotating member (230); a device installation member (250) installed on the end of the boom (210); an installation member driving cylinder (260) installed at the boom (210) and connected with the link member (240) side; a drilling means driving cylinder (270) installed in the device installation member (250); and a drilling means (280) connected with the drilling means driving cylinder (270). According to the soft ground reinforcement method, it is possible to form bulbs having different volumes in the ground, and thus to provide an expansion part on the bulbs to support the load of a structure. In addition, the drainage of underground water can be easily carried out before grout is injected into the soft ground having a groundwater layer.
본 발명은, 일단이 이동수단(100)에 회동가능하게 연결되고, 타단에 핀홀이 관통된 제 1고정부(211)가 형성되며, 상기 제 1고정부(211)의 하측에 핀홀을 갖는 제 2고정부(212)가 형성된 붐대(210); 상기 붐대(210)에 로드(221)단이 접속되고 실린더(222)단이 이동수단(100)에 설치되어 붐대(210)를 회동시키는 붐대구동실린더(220); 일정 곡률반경으로 만곡 형성되어 그 일단이 제 2고정부(212)의 좌우측에 회동 가능하게 핀으로 고정되는 한 쌍의 회동부재(230); 상기 회동부재(230)의 타측에 핀으로 고정되는 제 1접속부(241)와 상기 제 1접속부(241)와 대향되는 타단에 핀홀을 갖는 제2접속부(242)가 형성된 링크부재(240); 상기 제 1고정부(211)에 회동 가능하게 일측이 핀으로 고정되고 타측에 상기 링크부재(240)의 제2접속부(242)와 핀으로 고정되는 핀홀이 형성되는 장치설치부재(250); 상기 회동부재(230)와 링크부재(240)의 연결핀에 로드(261)단이 접속되고 실린더(262)단이 상기 붐대(210)에 회동 가능하게 결합되는 설치부재구동실린더(260); 일단이 상기 장치설치부재(250)상에 설치되는 천공수단구동실린더(270); 상기 천공수단구동실린더(270)의 타단에 연결되는 천공수단(280); 및 상기 천공수단의 구동에 의해 지반에 형성되는 천공홀부에 삽입되고, 지중에 포함되는 지하수를 지상으로 배수시키며, 지하수가 배수된 천공홀부에 그라우트재를 주입하는 주입부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

The present invention relates to a soft ground reinforcement method using a ground drilling device and a reinforcement device. The ground drilling device and reinforcement device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a boom (210) installed in a moving means (100); a boom driving cylinder (220) installed at the boom (210); a rotating member (230) coupled to an end of the boom (210); a link member (240) connected with the rotating member (230); a device installation member (250) installed on the end of the boom (210); an installation member driving cylinder (260) installed at the boom (210) and connected with the link member (240) side; a drilling means driving cylinder (270) installed in the device installation member (250); and a drilling means (280) connected with the drilling means driving cylinder (270). According to the soft ground reinforcement method, it is possible to form bulbs having different volumes in the ground, and thus to provide an expansion part on the bulbs to support the load of a structure. In addition, the drainage of underground water can be easily carried out before grout is injected into the soft ground having a groundwater layer.
본 발명은, 일단이 이동수단(100)에 회동가능하게 연결되고, 타단에 핀홀이 관통된 제 1고정부(211)가 형성되며, 상기 제 1고정부(211)의 하측에 핀홀을 갖는 제 2고정부(212)가 형성된 붐대(210); 상기 붐대(210)에 로드(221)단이 접속되고 실린더(222)단이 이동수단(100)에 설치되어 붐대(210)를 회동시키는 붐대구동실린더(220); 일정 곡률반경으로 만곡 형성되어 그 일단이 제 2고정부(212)의 좌우측에 회동 가능하게 핀으로 고정되는 한 쌍의 회동부재(230); 상기 회동부재(230)의 타측에 핀으로 고정되는 제 1접속부(241)와 상기 제 1접속부(241)와 대향되는 타단에 핀홀을 갖는 제2접속부(242)가 형성된 링크부재(240); 상기 제 1고정부(211)에 회동 가능하게 일측이 핀으로 고정되고 타측에 상기 링크부재(240)의 제2접속부(242)와 핀으로 고정되는 핀홀이 형성되는 장치설치부재(250); 상기 회동부재(230)와 링크부재(240)의 연결핀에 로드(261)단이 접속되고 실린더(262)단이 상기 붐대(210)에 회동 가능하게 결합되는 설치부재구동실린더(260); 일단이 상기 장치설치부재(250)상에 설치되는 천공수단구동실린더(270); 상기 천공수단구동실린더(270)의 타단에 연결되는 천공수단(280); 및 상기 천공수단의 구동에 의해 지반에 형성되는 천공홀부에 삽입되고, 지중에 포함되는 지하수를 지상으로 배수시키며, 지하수가 배수된 천공홀부에 그라우트재를 주입하는 주입부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
