According to the present invention, the prefabricated wall for improving ventilation of a bathroom in an apartment building includes: a current carrying horizontal frame which is a frame in which a cross section has an opening unit at a lower end in the shape of an open square, wherein the current carrying horizontal frame is horizontally fixed to be lengthwise in the upper part of a side wall of a toilet; a sliding air purifying wall frame individually having front and rear air blowers operated by a touch control unit and an air pollution sensor installed on the front, wherein the sliding air purifying wall frame individually has upper and lower purifying filters on the rear and the front, individually formed in the upper part of the front and rear air blowers and purifying polluted air including foul odors by filtering the same; a discharge upper plate and a suction lower plate, fixing an upper discharge space and a lower inflow space of the sliding air purifying wall frame to individually seal the upper discharge space and the lower inflow space of the sliding air purifying wall frame; and front and rear tension rollers individually having a semicircular spring plate having a shaft protrusion unit. According to the present invention, the prefabricated wall for improving ventilation of a bathroom in an apartment building consistently maintains the inside of the toilet in a pleasant state by rapidly and easily removing foul odors from the toilet.

본 발명은 화장실의 측벽 상부에 길게 수평으로 고정설치되고 정단면이 ''형상으로 하단부에 개방부를 갖는 프레임으로, 좌우측내측면에는 길이방향으로 길게 통전형성되는 +단자판과 -단자판이 각각 서로 이격되게 형성되는 통전수평프레임; 조립식 벽체로, 상단부 좌측에는 상기 통전수평프레임이 삽입되는 프레임요부가 형성되고, 프레임요부 상면에는 축결합되어서 통전수평프레임 상단면과 밀착되어 전후방측 슬라이딩 이동을 안내하는 상부가이드롤러가 형성되며, 프레임요부 하면 전후방측에는 상하부로 각각 축결합되어 상부가 상기 개방부를 통해 통전수평프레임 내부에 각각 위치되며 상부에는 좌우측으로 결합된 탄성체로 반원형의 비도전체반원링과 도전체반원링이 각각 전후방측에서 반대편으로 각각 형성되어 상기 +단자판과 통전되는 전방측의 +단자와 상기 -단자판과 통전되는 후방측의 -단자가 각각 형성되고, 정면 하부에는 내부로 요부형성되어 공기가 하부에서 유입되고 유입된 공기의 흐름을 유도하는 다수개의 유도격판을 갖으며 유도격판 상면 하부에는 수분이 배출되는 배수구를 갖는 유입공간이 형성되며, 정면 상부에는 내부로 요부형성되어 공기가 하부에서 유입되어 상부로 배출되고 유입된 공기의 흐름을 유도하는 다수개의 유도격판을 갖으며 유도격판 상면 하부에는 수분이 배출되는 배수구를 갖는 배출공간이 형성되고, 상기 유입공간과 배출공간 사이의 정면 측에는 손잡이가 형성되며, 상기 유입공간과 배출공간 사이의 전후방측에는 상하부로 공간연결되는 전후방측연결공간이 형성되고, 전후방측연결공간에는 상기 +단자와 -단자에 의해 전원을 공급받고 정면에 설치된 공기오염센서와 터치조작부에 의해 작동되는 전후방측송풍기가 각각 형성되며, 전후방측송풍기 상하부에는 악취를 포함하는 오염된 공기를 필터링하여 정화시키는 전후방측상하부정화필터가 각각 형성되는 슬라이딩공기정화벽체틀; 판체로 다수개의 통공을 갖고 상기 슬라이딩공기정화벽체틀의 상부 배출공간과 하부 유입공간을 각각 밀폐되게 고정시키는 배출상판과 흡입하판; 및 상기 슬라이딩공기정화벽체틀의 전후방측 저면 전후방측에 전후방측으로 장공을 갖는 전후방측전후방축돌기가 하부로 돌출형성되고, 반원형상의 스프링판체로 양단은 상기 전후방측전후방축돌기의 장공에 각각 슬라이딩 가능하게 축결합되는 전후방측이동축을 갖고 하부로 만곡진 중심부에는 롤러가 회동가능하게 위치되는 롤러통공을 갖으며 롤러통공 좌우측에는 롤러가 축바에 의해 회동가능하게 축고정되는 축돌부를 갖는 반원스프링판이 각각 형성되는 전후방측텐션롤러를 각각 구비하는 공동주택 화장실의 환기 개선을 위한 조립식 월에 관한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명은 필요에 따라 밀거나 당겨 슬라이딩 이동시키는 단순한 동작만으로 손쉽게 조립식 월의 위치를 변경시킬 수 있어 화장실 실내에서 악취의 오염원으로 신속하게 위치이동시켜 빠르게 공기정화시킴에 따라 화장실 실내의 심한 악취를 신속하고도 손쉽게 없앨 수 있어 보다 쾌적한 상태의 화장실 실내를 지속적으로 유지시킬 수 있고, 오염된 화장실 실내공기의 악취나 미세먼지를 포함하는 이물질을 걸려내어 정화시킴으로써 항상 쾌적한 화장실 실내를 유지할 수 있으며, 방출되는 오염된 공기들에 의한 대기의 오염을 최소화할 수 있어 친환경적인 효과가 있다.
