The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a buried concrete form used for building or civil construction, which comprises the steps of: (a) alternatively and repeatedly forming front and rear bands having a connection part integrally formed with respect to a metal plate at predetermined intervals in a width direction and cutting between the front band and a connection band and between the rear band and the connection band to form the connection band, which has one end integrally connected to the connection part of the front band and has the other end integrally connected to the connection part of the rear band at predetermined intervals, between neighboring front and rear bands, or between neighboring rear and front bands; and (b) extending the interval between the neighboring front bands and the interval between the neighboring rear bands by 5 cm or more while separating each front band and each rear band by at least 5 cm or more in the front and rear direction of the metal plate to secure a space for depositing concrete therein. Accordingly, one sheet of a metal plate is cut and formed to make a buried concrete form for receiving concrete for forming a wall or a bottom of a building or a wall of a tunnel, thereby providing effects of decreasing manufacturing costs and minimizing work in a construction site to reduce the construction period. Moreover, both surfaces receiving concrete therebetween are strongly connected without a joint, thereby providing an effect of excellent seismic performance.
본 발명은 건축물 또는 토목 공사에 사용되는 매립형 거푸집 제조 방법으로, (a) 금속판에 대하여, 연결부가 소정의 간격마다 일체로 형성된 전면띠와 후면띠가 폭 방향으로 교대로 반복하여 형성되고, 이웃하는 전면띠와 후면띠 사이 또는 이웃하는 후면띠와 전면띠 사이에는 소정의 간격마다 일단이 전면띠의 연결부에 일체로 연결되고 타단이 후면띠의 연결부에 일체로 연결되는 연결띠가 형성되도록 상기 전면띠와 상기 연결띠 사이 그리고 상기 후면띠와 상기 연결띠 사이를 절개하는 단계; 및 (b) 각 전면띠와 각 후면띠를 상기 금속판의 앞뒤 방향으로 적어도 5㎝ 이상 상호 이격시켜 콘크리트를 타설할 공간을 확보하면서, 이웃하는 전면띠의 간격과 이웃하는 후면띠의 간격을 각각 적어도 5㎝ 이상 확장시키는 단계;를 포함하여 구성된다. 본 발명에 의하면, 1장의 금속판을 절단 및 성형함에 의해 건축물의 벽체 또는 바닥을 형성하거나, 터널의 벽체를 형성하는 콘크리트를 수용하는 매립형 거푸집을 제작할 수 있어, 그 제작 비용이 저렴하고, 시공 현장에서의 추가 작업을 최소화하여 공기를 단축시킬 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 별도의 이음매가 없이 콘크리트가 수용되는 양면을 견고하게 연결함으로써 내진 성능이 탁월하다는 효과를 얻을 수 있다.
